Research On Cost Management Of Sporadic Maintenance Projects In College

Sporadic maintenance in college includes maintenance and transformation of waterproof,hydropower,doors and windows.How to use limited money to complete more sporadic maintenance of teaching infrastructure has become the primary goal of maintenance management departments in college and universities.The cost management of sporadic maintenance projects in college is difficult to achieve management expectations because of unclear design content,insufficient management level and insufficient design depth.Therefore,strengthening the cost management of sporadic maintenance projects in college is of great significance to the teaching tasks and administrative management of college.At present,there are many researches on the cost management of large-scale and high-cost projects,but there are few researches on the cost management of sporadic maintenance projects in college with the characteristics of emergency,multi-specialty,small scale and tight construction period.This paper studies the cost management of sporadic maintenance projects in college by using the theory of earned value.(1)The cost management status of sporadic maintenance projects in universities is analyzed.This paper combs the current situation of cost management of sporadic maintenance projects in college,summarizes and sorts out the problems existing in the cost management of sporadic maintenance projects in college by means of literature analysis and expert interview,and draws the main problems such as imperfect management system,inaccurate budget cost calculation,lack of dynamic cost management and poor professional ability of managers.(2)Establish the cost control model of university sporadic maintenance project.Aiming at the cost management problem of sporadic maintenance projects in college and,the cost control model of sporadic maintenance projects in college and is constructed based on WBS work decomposition and earned value theory.The cost control model is used to analyze the cost deviation of sporadic maintenance projects in college.Through factor analysis and fishbone diagram,the causes of the problems are analyzed,and cost management countermeasures are proposed for sporadic maintenance projects in college.(3)Through the J school waterproof sporadic project case demonstration.Taking the waterproof sporadic maintenance project of J school as an example,this paper analyzes the cost deviation of waterproof sporadic maintenance project by using the cost control model of sporadic maintenance project in college,and puts forward cost management countermeasures for the management of cost deviation,so as to improve the cost management level of waterproof sporadic project in J school and save the budget.The establishment of the cost control model of sporadic maintenance projects in college enriches the cost control management theory and provides decision-making reference for the cost management of sporadic maintenance projects in college.
