| In the era of the rapid development of the Internet,the form of education is also constantly developing,people’s learning form has gradually changed,online learning has been favored by the majority of learners,however,the Internet brings us convenience at the same time,but also exposed shortcomings and problems in online education.Form,for example,the content of the online education is not flexible,simple mode of traditional classroom teaching to the online education,lead to teacher education target is very difficult to achieve,promote learners’ learning online,therefore,there is an urgent want to improve the quality of online education,promote learners learning online.Through the analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad,this study found that there are still shortcomings in existing studies on online learning effectiveness.For example,there is no clear division of measurement dimensions of online learning effectiveness,and most studies ignore the performance of learners in online learning process.The analysis of factors influencing online learning effectiveness is scattered.Lack of theories to guide the design and development of online learning effectiveness promotion strategies.Therefore,this study focuses on the relationship between online learning effectiveness and inquiry community theory,and uses a relatively comprehensive and systematic theory--inquiry community theory to guide the improvement of online learning effectiveness.At the beginning of the study,this study based on the review analysis using literature research present situation,and puts forward the hypothesis of this study according to the present research situation,build hypothesis relationship model,using the method of questionnaire survey to collect data,analyze to explore each factor’s influence on online learning community theory,verify the hypothesis,determine the influence relation model,the analysis found that Teaching existence,social existence and cognitive existence all affect the effectiveness of online learning,among which teaching existence has the greatest impact on the effectiveness of online learning.Social existence and cognitive existence both play an influence role as mediating variables.In the middle of the research,this study constructed the online learning promotion strategy,through a lot of literature review and analysis of the questionnaire results,combining with the actual teaching scene to explore community theory as the main guiding theory,from the teaching exists,social existence,cognitive three aspects put forward the online learning promotion strategy,to strengthen the teaching existence as the core,Create and maintain social existence,promote cognitive existence as an aid to design.In the late research,mainly is the validation based on the theory of the explore community online learning promotion strategy,promotion strategy was applied to a school in the computer network course,the analysis of the background the course and the characteristics of learners,secondly introduces the experiment needed for online learning platform,prepare to start the implementation of online learning promotion strategy,Through the comparative analysis of the measurement scale before and after and the analysis of the learning results,it is finally found that the online learning effectiveness improvement strategy based on the inquiry community theory proposed in this study can successfully guide students to conduct classroom teaching,and has a certain improvement effect on students’ online learning effectiveness. |
