Research On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Struggling Spirit In The New Era From The Perspective Of Synergy Theory

The spirit of struggle is an excellent quality of the Chinese nation.It has been deeply rooted in the excellent Chinese traditional culture,revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture.It is the most precious wealth of the Chinese national spirit,the internal driving force to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and the internal need to guide college students in the new era to grow up in an all-round way.However,under the background of profound economic and social changes and the influence of many factors,some college students have some negative life phenomena,such as being unwilling to make progress,decadent,content with the current situation,lying flat and unwilling to struggle,which have an impact on the quality of the cultivation of educational talents in colleges and universities to a certain extent.Xi Jinping pointed out in his speech at the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China:"Chinese youth in the new era should take the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation as their own responsibility,enhance the ambition,backbone and foundation of the Chinese people,and live up to the times,youth and the ardent expectations of the party and the people." New requirements are put forward for young people in the new era.From the perspective of colleges and universities,college students are the backbone of youth groups.Paying attention to the cultivation of college students’ struggle spirit in the new era has important contemporary value.The cultivation of college students’ struggle spirit is a systematic project.We should pay attention to the application of systematic thinking in daily training,Xi Jinping pointed out that"system concept is basic thought and working method." Synergy theory is a new idea in system science,which emphasizes the interdependence and interaction relationship between two or more subsystems with the same status and irreplaceable role in the system.It needs the mutual cooperation between various elements in the system to improve the effectiveness of the cultivation of college students’struggle spirit.Based on this,this paper applies the synergy theory to the cultivation of college students’struggle spirit,so as to coordinate the relationship between educational subjects,educational strength and other factors,and improve the cultivation effect of struggle spirit.Through the methods of literature research and questionnaire survey,based on the new era,taking the struggle view of Marxist Leninist classic writers,the struggle view in Chinese excellent traditional culture,the struggle view of Chinese Communists and the collaborative thought of system science as the theoretical basis,this paper systematically analyzes the effectiveness of improving the cultivation of college students’ struggle spirit from the perspective of synergy theory,and puts forward the corresponding specific countermeasures.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background and significance,research status,research difficulties and innovations.The second part expounds the relevant theories of synergy theory and the cultivation of college students’struggle spirit.The third part is the basic meaning,mainly from the concept level,goal level and value level.The fourth part investigates the cultivation status of college students’struggle spirit from the perspective of synergy theory,and analyzes the problems and reasons.The fifth part puts forward the specific countermeasures for the cultivation of college students’struggle spirit from three aspects:cultivation ideas and objectives,cultivation principles and specific countermeasures from the perspective of synergy theory.
