As an important part of Chinese traditional culture, intangible cultural heritage is highly valued by all sectors of society.Among them, the appeal of incorporating intangible cultural heritage education into the school curriculum system has won the top spot.Nowadays, the intangible cultural heritage education in schools, which is dominated by young people, has begun to stand out with its unique advantages and become an important way to protect and inherit the intangible cultural heritage. Therefore, the Chinese government attaches great importance to the important role of school education in protecting and inheriting intangible cultural heritage, calls on schools at all levels and of all types to actively carry out activities of intangible cultural heritage in campus, endeavors to explore ways and means of school intangible cultural heritage education, and has promulgated a series of laws and policies to provide basis and guidance for schools to carry out intangible cultural heritage education. The Intangible Cultural Heritage Law of the People’s Republic of China states: "Schools shall carry out relevant intangible cultural heritage education in accordance with the provisions of the competent education department under The State Council." However,it is found from the actual process that the implementation of intangible cultural heritage courses in schools is not ideal. The needs and benefits of schools,non-genetic inheritors and other relevant roles in the process of carrying out the intangible cultural heritage education have not been maximized, and the overall intangible cultural heritage teaching service model cannot close the loop.Based on this, this thesis regards the school and the non-genetic inheritor as the supply and demand parties, and studies the service mode of intangible cultural heritage curriculum enrollment from the perspective of bilateral market. It is committed to exploring high-quality intangible cultural heritage course enrollment service mode. This thesis firstly combs the relevant literature, defines the content and direction of the research, and explores the service mode of the enrollment of intangible cultural heritage courses in combination with relevant theories. The problems existing in the application of intangible cultural heritage courses in campus were collected by means of satisfaction questionnaire and other research methods.Combined with the theory of platform economy, this thesis analyzes the causes of the problems in the enrollment service of intangible cultural heritage courses, and explores the problems affecting the unsatisfactory implementation of the enrollment service of intangible cultural heritage courses.Secondly, put forward the solution of the problem strategy. From the perspective of the two-sided market theory, the third-party educational institutions are taken as the research object to build a high-quality service model for the enrollment of intangible cultural heritage courses in third-party educational institutions. Finally, through the actual effect data of the intangible cultural heritage course carried out by a third education institution, the rationality of the service mode of the intangible cultural heritage course in school is verified.According to the above research,in the face of the current enrollment status of intangible cultural heritage courses, the establishment of a new enrollment service model of intangible cultural heritage courses from the perspective of bilateral market with third-party educational institutions as the platform can not only improve the quality of teaching service and teaching satisfaction, but also reduce the enrollment service cost of intangible cultural heritage courses. In addition, this model integrates multiple resources such as schools,non-genetic inheritors and third-party educational institutions to break the regional restrictions of the intangible cultural heritage course and make the school-entry service model spread and evolve more efficiently and quickly. In a real sense,it enables the intangible cultural heritage courses to be effectively carried out on campus and the intangible cultural heritage to be effectively inherited.Through the analysis and research on the service mode of the enrollment of intangible cultural heritage courses, this thesis hopes to provide experience reference and theoretical support for the school and non-genetic inheritors in promoting the intangible cultural heritage courses, and at the same time provide the transformation direction for the third-party educational institutions under the double reduction policy.
