In 2013,the Outline of National Tourism and Leisure(2013-2020)formally proposed to "gradually carry out study tour for primary and middle school students",which provided policy support for the development of study tour in China.The Ministry of Education adheres to the "five education" and advocates the comprehensive development of students’ moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor.Study tour as a product of the combination of "curriculum" and "practice",has attracted more attention from the country,schools and parents.With the rapid development of tourism,tourism has not only possessed the attributes of sightseeing and entertainment,but also gradually highlighted its cultural and educational attributes.The characteristics of both "learning" and "traveling" of study tour have been widely concerned by scholars in the tourism industry and become one of the important topics in tourism research.The traditional sightseeing tourism can no longer meet people’s increasing tourism needs,and in the process of tourism,it pursues more spiritual satisfaction,such as enhancing tourism experience and improving participation.The same is true of study tour.In the overall study tour activities,how to make young students fully participate in the study tour activities,how to improve the study tour experience of young students,how to achieve the purpose and effect of study tour activities education? These problems have always been the focus of the theory and practice of study tour.The countermeasures are mostly from the perspective of supply side,such as enriching study tour activities,strengthening the construction of study tour base.However,in the demand side of young students can in the studies tour supply side make changes and promotion at the same time get different travel experience,whether really achieved the studies tour activities expand young students vision,rich knowledge,cultivate sense of independence,deepen the affinity with culture,increase the collective life and social experience of education purpose and effect? These questions are worth pondering.The research builds the ritual system of study tour,on this basis,from the studies young students involved in travel activities,discusses how to influence the studies tour ritual system effect,thus put forward corresponding countermeasures,both for studies tour research provides a new perspective of new ideas,also for studies tour practice provides a certain reference.Based on the basis of combing and summarizing the literature related to study tour,ritual and ritual sense,the research constructs the ritual system of study tour activities from four aspects: scene ritual,process ritual,intervention ritual and performance ritual.On this basis,Hefei study tour base-Maying Labor education base as the research destination.Through the author in Maying labor education base for three months to analyze the specific situation,and draw on existing scholars mature scale,design the research questionnaire,to participate in Maying labor education base studies tour activities of young students research.SPSS and AMOS statistical analysis tools are used to analyze the data of 507 questionnaires to test the hypothetical relationship between young students’ perception(ritual sense)of the ritual system of study tour activities and the effect of study tour activities,and then verify the rationality of the research framework.On this basis,the ritual design countermeasures in the study and study tour activities are put forward from four aspects: the design of scene ritual,process ritual design,intervention ritual design and performance ritual design.The main research conclusions are:(1)The ritual construction in the study tour activities mainly includes four aspects.Ritual scene can be divided into material space,interpersonal space,spiritual space and experience space.Ritual process can be divided into three stages: early,middle and late.Ritual intervention can organize,guide,management and coordination.Ritual performance can be divided into props,educational experience,characters and music symbols.(2)The reliability validity and differentiation validity of the scale both meet the standards.Young students’ perception of the scene ritual positively affects the self-identity and social and cultural identity of the effect of study tour activities.The impact on team identity is not significant;Young students’ perception of the process ritual positively affects the self-identity,team identity and social and cultural identity of the effect of the study tour activities;Young students’ perception of the intervention ritual positively affects the self-identity and team identity of the effect of study tour activities;Young students’ perception of the performance ritual positively affects the self-identity,team identity and social and cultural identity of the effect of study tour activities.(3)The promotion countermeasures of the study tour activities mainly include optimizing the study tour scene,improving the study tour process,enhancing the study tour intervention,and enriching the study tour performance.Optimizing the thematic design of the study tour space,the deep integration of the resident space and the study tour space,enhancing the experience function and effect of the study tour process,standardizing the study tour process and strengthening the repeated construction of the study tour process,and emphasizing the application of music symbols in the study tour..
