Article 16 of the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Further Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Moral Construction of Minors" also clearly requires that "all kinds of statutory festivals,traditional festivals,etc....contain valuable resources for ideological and moral education.We need to organize a variety of theme classes,team meetings,and league meetings,hold various celebrations,commemorative events,and necessary ceremonies to improve the moral literacy of minors." As one of the important ways of building ideological and moral,class ritual activities are studied by researchers and Frontline workers are paying more and more attention.At present,the research on “primary school ceremonies” has been increasing year by year.However,the research on “primary school class ritual activities” is still in its preliminary stage,and there are few related discussions.Therefore,the author investigated the ritual activities of the classes in the primary school from the specific perspective of primary school class.I selected the routine ritual activities in each class as a case and the author's internship primary school as a research school.This study used literature research,observation and interview methods to explore the ritual activities of various classes in K Elementary School in Yantai City.First of all,I understand the current progress of scholars in the field of ritual activities through by the literature research method and understand the type and effect of the ritual activities of K elementary schools and the psychological feelings of teachers and students after the development through by the observation method and interview method.Combined with the research on the types of class ritual activities in the literature,it is divided into three levels and eight specific class ritual activities,namely,class ceremonies and class rituals in classroom teaching;in-service ceremonies of class cadres in class management,Class Convention ?——Signing ceremony activities,mutual help between teachers and teachers — — Opening ceremony,birthday ceremonies,and festival ceremonies in the “teachers” ceremonies and special events.In the in-depth investigation,it is found that class ritual activities in the current class of primary school are unclear boundaries between the educational activities and ceremonial activities of the class,that is,the characteristics of the class ritual activities are not prominent,the procedures are incomplete,the form is solidified,the student's subject status is weakened,and the appropriate evaluation and feedback are lacking..The main reason is that the school understands the lag in understanding,the lack of relevant institutional guarantees and the low literacy of teachers' ritual activities.Thirdly,according to the problems has showed that the author uses the interview method to further design open interview questions to obtain the information,and ensure the deepening of the information which provides important conditions for studying the deep-seated causes and mechanisms.Finally,in view of the above problems and reasons,the following suggestions are proposed: improving the school rules and regulations;improving the comprehensive quality of teachers;and scientifically designing class ritual activities,which can formulate the theme of appropriate ceremonial activities,select the content of substantive ceremonial activities,meet the actual needs of students,respect the status of students,explore innovative class ritual activities,and improve the evaluation system of class ritual activities.
