| As a representative masterpiece of China’s excellent traditional culture,martial arts has a profound cultural heritage and healthy educational value.It is a bright pearl presented by China on the international stage.Fourteen ministries and commissions,including the State General Administration of Sports,stressed in the Wushu Industry Development Plan(2019-2025)that martial arts should be used as the carrier to vigorously promote the development of martial arts,inherit traditional Chinese culture,and cultivate more comprehensive martial arts talents.As an important position for cultivating martial arts reserve talents at this stage,Wushu School is very important for the cultivation of talents.In its 23-year career,Hefei North Shaolin School has successively won honors such as the National Top Ten Martial Arts School and Anhui Provincial Sports Traditional Project School,and as the Anhui Provincial Team and Yangzhou University.Wuhan Institute of Physical Education and other martial arts reserve talent transportation bases,training students have won championships at all levels,and have won 4,241 medals so far.This paper adopts the literature method,on-site investigation method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and data statistics method.Taking the martial arts reserve talent training model of Hefei North Shaolin School as the research object,it explores the development situation and model of Hefei North Shaolin School,the current situation and model of martial arts reserve talent training,and the research finds the It is enough to put forward feasible suggestions and summarize experience,and thenprovide reference for other martial arts schools in the training of martial arts reserve talents.Through the research and analysis of the martial arts reserve talent training model of Hefei North Shaolin School,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)Through the analysis of the current situation of the training of martial arts reserve talents in Hefei North Shaolin School,the school has basically improved the curriculum of students,and the learning and training schedule are relatively reasonable,providing students with a high-quality cultural learning environment and special training venues,fully promoting students’ stage learning needs,ensuring the civil and martial arts learning time of students to the greatest extent,and effectively promoting the healthy and comprehensive development of students’ quality education.(2)The overall teacher age structure of the school shows the echelon construction of old,middle-aged and young,which can achieve a better role in transmission and help,so that the work team is full of passion and experience.The school can also effectively screen and advance layer by layer in the construction of martial arts talent echelons.The teaching and training plan is formulated reasonably and effective,which promotes the school to continue to achieve good results in talent training.However,in terms of actual material selection,there is a lack of scientific data use.There is a single monitoring method in training.The overall education level of cultural teachers and martial arts coaches is low,and the highest educational experience is only in universities.Although the overall professional level of the coach team is high,it needs to be continuously strengthened in terms of cultural heritage.(3)Hefei North Shaolin School has gradually formed a set of integrated primary,junior and high-level structural training models in the training model of educating people and talents.It has more choices for the development of students at different stages.With the accumulation of the school itself,it has established an organic linkage between provincial teams,colleges and institutions of higher learning and social-related institutions for the training of talents,ensuring the diversification of talent training and transportation links and effectively achieving the sustainable development of the virtuous circle of talent training.(4)According to the achievements of Hefei North Shaolin School in talent training,it is known that martial arts schools should fully realize the heavy responsibility of inheriting traditional Chinese culture and cultivating martial arts reserve talents,combine the characteristics of the martial arts project,give full play to the value of the martial arts project itself with the martial arts belt,fully promote the all-round development of students’ morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor through martial arts practice,enhance students’ national and cultural self-confidence,break the old concept of martial arts schools attach importance to martial arts over literature,balance the time of martial arts training and cultural learning,pay attention to cultivating and optimizing the school’s teacher structure,build diversified training,all-round education system,actively strengthen cooperation and exchanges with foreign schools and local relevant departments,and provide promotion,transportation and employment security for students. |
