| In April 2022,the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)"(hereinafter referred to as "New Curriculum Standards"),which clearly pointed out: "Compulsory education mathematics courses should enable students to learn mathematics through mathematics.,to form and develop the core literacy required for future social and personal development.” How to cultivate students’ core literacy and promote the implementation of the "new curriculum standard" teaching concept requires continuous exploration and practice.Reasoning ability is an important part of core literacy,and it is also an important form of mathematical thinking.Only with good reasoning ability can students sort out factual conditions,organize effective information,and then reveal the essential laws of things.We found in teaching practice and literature review that the reasoning ability of junior high school students is in a stage of rapid development,and cultivating students’ reasoning ability has always been the focus of mathematics teaching in junior high school.So,how to cultivate students’ reasoning ability in junior high school mathematics teaching,and then improve students’ core literacy? The "question string" teaching method of carefully designing a series of questions to guide students in teaching can well arouse students’ thinking and promote the development of students’ reasoning ability,which has been deeply integrated into daily mathematics teaching;With the development of the era of modernization,"concept map",as one of the effective means of integrating information technology and curriculum,can make abstract knowledge intuitive and systematic,and can promote students’ meaningful learning and the development of logical thinking.It has been popularized and applied;in recent years,some researchers have further proposed the "question string-concept map" teaching strategy,which aims to adopt the teaching strategy of "question string" and "concept map" at the same time.for better teaching effect.The "question string-concept map" teaching strategy is in line with the teaching concept advocated by the "new curriculum standard",but whether this strategy can cultivate students’ reasoning ability in junior high school mathematics teaching,and then improve students’ core literacy? An interesting and meaningful question for which we have conducted practical research.This research uses the chapter "Similarity" in the ninth grade mathematics of the People’s Education Edition as the teaching material to explore the influence of the "question string-concept map" teaching strategy on the reasoning ability of junior high school students,and to explore the foothold of cultivating students’ core literacy.We first carefully studied the content and teaching philosophy of the "New Curriculum Standard",and further reviewed the relevant literature.After that,we conducted a survey and research on teachers and students.Designing teaching cases and carrying out teaching practice,according to the results of paper-and-pencil test after teaching and further investigation,to test the influence of "question string-concept map" strategy on cultivating students’ reasoning ability.This study found that:(1)Junior high school students have relatively weak reasoning abilities,and students are immature in the use of "question strings" and "concept maps";(2)In junior high school mathematics teaching,although teachers pay more attention to the cultivation of students’ reasoning ability,there are still Teachers have been looking for suitable teaching strategies to improve the current situation of students’ lack of reasoning ability and training difficulties;3.The application of the“question string-concept map”strategy can significantly improve students’ test scores in the chapter “Similarity”;4.Practice Further investigation after the study shows that the "question string" can build a thinking ladder for students,and the concept map can help students construct a clear knowledge network.The organic combination of the two can achieve better teaching effects.To sum up,the "question string-concept map" teaching strategy can better cultivate students’ reasoning ability,and then improve students’ core literacy. |
