| With the development of society and economic progress,the role of social work in solving people’s livelihood problems and grassroots social governance has become the focus of society and the state.However,China’s social work has not yet formed a systematic and complete localization practice model,so the localization of social work research has been a hot topic in social work research in China in recent years.Since entering the 21 st century,government procurement of services is one of the effective means of government governance of society,government procurement of services has therefore become a boom in the development of the social work industry,and even government procurement of services was once considered to be the most in line with the localization model of China’s social work development,but in this model some laymen joined the ranks of the team of social work agencies,undertaking government projects while obtaining the development of the institution itself,but in fact hindered the development of social work practice localization.At present,with the increasing social needs and problems of people,as well as the impact of the epidemic in the past three years,the national economy has been seriously affected,the government financial reduction is serious,so the government purchases of service project funds are also constantly shrinking,in the context of the post-epidemic era,the government’s control over the society has been completely liberalized,but it will take a while for the economy to gradually recover,which makes many social work practitioners realize that the way the government purchases services alone can no longer support the development of social work.Through the observation and understanding of the social work institutions in District H of S City,the localization of social work practice in Hainan is briefly described by participatory observation method and semi-structured interview method,and the differences in service values,the single source of funds,the normality of academic field,the inconsistency between practice habits and fields,the solidification of local practice fields and practice methods,and the neglect of the guiding role of professional theories in social work institutions are analyzed It is proposed to promote the development of social work practice localization in Hainan by cultivating diversified service values,focusing on capital accumulation,reshaping the field space,establishing the influence scope of the academic field itself,paying attention to the coordination of field and habits in the process of localization of practice,constructing multiple practice fields and methods,and developing localized professional service theories. |
