From Alienation To Integration: Field Dilemma And Practice Strategy Of Social Work Service

With the development of social work specialty,the project-based operation of social work has gradually become the main mode of social service operation,and the implementation effect of social work service project is closely related to the field factors of local practice.The implementation of the project is not only the transfer and implementation of resources,but also the action of all actors in the field by virtue of their own habits and capital.Field is the core concept of Bourdieu's practice theory and the social space for all actors to practice.The construction of practice field is influenced by the different fantasy of field,the operation rules of the project itself,the role-playing of social workers and the habitual differences of different actors.This paper takes XQ project as the research object,draws lessons from the field theory and embeddedness theory,and actively carries out action research and Reflection on the field dilemmas of different natures in different stages of project implementation,so as to include and summarize the deep-seated generation logic behind each field dilemmas.By analyzing the integration path in the process of project implementation,this paper discusses the influencing factors of social work embedded in the local field,and then puts forward the corresponding practical strategies for project implementation.XQ project has experienced the process from alienation to integration,and it is also a common problem faced by the general social work project.The integration of XQ project in F community is not only that the project personnel get the support of the community staff and service objects in action,but also that the concept has reached the agreement with f community,and has been recognized and accepted by the local field,which is beneficial to the whole social work project Brand promotion and professional development provide a certain reference.
