The standing triple jump is one of the sports college entrance examination assessment items in many provinces in China. It is a sports event mainly focused on lower limb explosive force, mainly using single leg support to generate strength, and its movement mode is consistent with single leg squat training. In recent years, research on single leg squat training has been conducted through the comparison of weight-bearing deep squats, and there is relatively little research on single leg squats alone.Single leg squat training is a training method that can develop lower limb strength and has been proven to effectively improve lower limb explosive power. Its principle is mainly to stimulate the body to generate an excited state through barbell weight-bearing,increase muscle contraction, and enhance the explosive force of the lower limbs. This study verifies the effect of different load intensities(55%/75%/95%)of single leg squats on the performance of standing triple jump, and explores the most suitable load intensity for participants to undergo single leg squat training with different load intensities. The conclusions drawn through experiments provide scientific and effective training methods for the standing triple jump event. This study focuses on the application of single leg squatting with different load intensities in standing triple jump, and selects 24 male students majoring in physical education from Wuhan Institute of Physical Education in 2022 as experimental subjects. The research was carried out by means of literature review, expert interview, experiment, mathematical statistics and other methods. The results of standing triple jump were randomly divided into experimental group I(load 55% 1RM single leg squat),experimental group II(load 75% 1RM single leg squat),and experimental group III(load 95% 1RM single leg squat). The experimental period is 18 weeks, with 2 weeks of pre experiment and 16 weeks of experimental intervention. The training time is fixed at 14:30-16:00 pm every Monday,Wednesday, and Friday.24 students were tested for lower limb strength indicators(1RM single leg squat,30 meter run, reverse squat jump CMJ),lower limb balance ability indicators("left front squat","left rear outer squat","left rear inner squat","right front squat","right rear outer squat","right rear inner squat"),and standing triple jump performance before and after training intervention.Research results:(1)In terms of lower limb strength testing indicators, there was a certain degree of improvement in single leg maximum strength,CMJ height, and 30 meter running performance. Each group was 7.75 kg,1.55 cm,and 0.04 s in Experiment One,11.87 kg,2.41 cm,and 0.17 s in Experiment Two,and 10.12 kg,1.26 cm,and 0.09 s in Experiment Three.(2)In terms of balance achievement test test indicators, the scores of left front squat, left rear outer squat, left rear inner squat, right front squat, right rear outer squat and right rear inner squat have improved to a certain extent. Each group is respectively: experiment group I6.25 cm,4.38 cm,6.75 cm,7.38 cm,6.75 cm,4.5cm,experiment group II 10.5cm,10.62 cm,12.75 cm,11.5cm,9.62 cm,8.88 cm,experiment group III 8.13 cm,7.25 cm,8.87 cm,9.5cm6.13cm、5.87cm。(3)In terms of standing triple jump, the scores of each group have improved to a certain extent, with each group being 0.17 m in Experiment 1,0.48 m in Experiment 2,and 0.38 m in Experiment 3.Research conclusion:(1)After 16 weeks of different loads of single leg squat training,in terms of lower limb strength testing, the three groups showed significant improvement in the results of single leg maximum strength,CMJ height, and 30 meter run compared to before the intervention. After the experiment, the 75% RM single leg squat training group had the best training effect on single leg maximum strength,CMJ height, and 30 meter run growth.(2)After 16 weeks of single leg squatting training with different loads,in terms of balance achievement test test,75% 1RM single leg squatting training had the best effect on improving balance ability. After the experiment, the comparison between the groups with 55%1RM single leg squatting group and 75% 1RM single leg squatting group showed that the index data of left front squatting, right front squatting, and right rear inner squatting were different.(3)After 16 weeks of different load single leg squat training,in terms of standing triple jump performance testing, the RM single leg squat group with a load intensity of 75% showed the greatest improvement in standing triple jump performance, which can better promote the improvement of sports performance.
