| Sports college entrance examination is an important way to select sports talents,among which the standing triple jump in Guangdong Province sports college entrance examination accounted for 25% of the total proportion.As a technical,physical requirements and not easy to get high scores in the event,coaches and candidates in the standing triple jump invested a lot of time,but the benefit is relatively low.The main reason of this phenomenon lies in the unclear cognition of the principle of standing triple jump movement skill and the law of training,and the single training method is not specific enough.In order to explore ways to effectively improve the standing triple jump performance of college entrance examination candidates,this study started from the technical characteristics of the standing triple jump,combined with the training characteristics of candidates,and incorporated the variable resistance compound training method into the training cycle of physical candidates,in order to provide new ideas and strategies for the future standing triple jump and other lower extremity explosive training.This paper mainly uses the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,video analysis and mathematical statistics to study,in Guangzhou Airport Experimental Middle School 2023 22 male sports students(17-18 years old)as the experimental object,the experimental group for variable resistance compound training,control group for constant resistance compound training,At the end of the12-week experiment,1RM half squat,30 m acceleration run,standing long jump,standing take-off height of both feet in place,standing take-off height of one foot in run-up,reaction force index of left and right legs in one leg,100 m,standing shot put and standing triple jump of the two groups of students were compared,and the experimental results were analyzed,and finally the following conclusions were drawn:(1)In the half-squat barbell speed test before the experiment,the average and peak speed of barbell speed with variable drag resistance were significantly higher than that with constant drag resistance during squat,squat and complete movements(P < 0.05).(2)After the experiment,the kinematic characteristics of the standing triple jump in the experimental group and the control group were analyzed.Both the experimental group and the control group could significantly improve the average angular velocity,shorten the centrifugal-centriotomy time of knee joint and improve the distance of each step.Although there was no significant difference in the improvement range between the two groups(P > 0.05),the experimental group had a larger average improvement range in various kinematic indexes than the control group,and obtained further distance in each jump,showing greater potential.(3)After the experiment,statistical analysis of lower extremity explosive force indexes of the experimental group and the control group found that: Both variable resistance compound training and constant resistance compound training can effectively improve the explosive power of lower limbs.However,the intervention effect of variable resistance compound training is significantly better than that of constant resistance compound training in terms of 1RM half squat,standing long jump,standing take-off height of both feet and reaction force index of left and right legs(P < 0.05).(4)Statistical analysis of three physical qualities of the experimental group and the control group after the experiment found that: The experimental group was signifups in the put in place index(P > 0.05),indicating that the training effect of variable resistance compound training is better than that of constant resistance compound trainicantly better than the control group in the improvement range of100-meter running and standing triple jump performance(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groing for events dominated by lower limb fast strength. |
