As an item of the technical examination of Guangdong Provincial Physical Education College Entrance examination,standing triple jump accounts for 25% of the total score of the physical education category.It is the item that candidates are most likely to make mistakes,and it requires candidates to have good professional quality.Standing triple jump belongs to the quick strength type of jumping event,it is composed of the preparatory position,the first jump(one foot),the second jump(stride)and the last jump(jump),which has high requirements on the students’ leg explosive power,jumping power and overall coordination.The standing triple jump performance depends on the horizontal speed of the first jump and the vertical speed of the take-off.It also depends on the rhythm of the three jumps,the continuity between the three jumps and the balance of the body.How to reduce the loss of horizontal speed and gain good vertical speed is the problem that the standing triple jump technology needs to solve.However,while mastering technical movements,more attention should be paid to the development of the corresponding muscle ability,the development of body balance and the development of upper and lower limb coordination.Therefore,the coaches should design targeted training methods and means according to the characteristics of the standing triple jump,so that the examinees can be more confident in the physical examination.Rapid telescopic compound training is through the combination of speed and strength,so that the muscles in the shortest possible time to play the maximum explosive force,can effectively improve the maximum strength,speed and coordination of the physical quality.This paper mainly explores the effect and function of rapid telescopic compound training in the standing triple jump training of physical education students in Guangdong College Entrance examination,and compares the difference and influence of rapid telescopic compound training method and traditional training method on the special quality index and standing triple jump performance of physical education students in college entrance examination.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods.Taking 40 male students in the training team of Grade 2 of Simapu Middle School,Shantou City,Guangdong Province,as the experimental objects(increased by 3 in September),the40 male students in the training team were randomly divided into two equal groups.Special training in the experimental group involved in rapid telescopic composite training means,the control group using traditional training means.Everything else is the same.The experimental process can be divided into basic training stage,consolidation and improvement stage and maintenance stage.Four special quality indicators were selected according to the questionnaire survey,and through the corresponding rapid telescopic compound training plan,after 12 weeks of training experiment,the difference between the two groups before and after the experiment of special quality indicators and standing triple jump results were compared and analyzed.Research results: 1.After 12 weeks of rapid telescopic compound training,the experimental group of standing long jump,20 meters timing hop,vertical jump in place of the three special quality index results before and after the experiment showed a very significant difference(P<0.01),30 meters acceleration running special quality index results before and after the experiment did not have a significant difference(P>0.05).In the control group,the specific quality indexes of standing long jump and standing vertical jump showed a significant difference before and after the experiment(P<0.01),the specific quality indexes of 20-meter timing one-foot jump showed a significant difference before and after the experiment(P<0.05),but the specific quality indexes of 30-meter acceleration running had no significant difference(P>0.05).Although there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment in the 30-meter acceleration special index performance,the experimental group was better than the control group in terms of performance improvement.2.After 12 weeks of rapid telescopic compound training,the experimental group and the control group were compared in the post-test results.The results showed that there was a significant difference in the special quality index of standing long jump,that is,P<0.01;There were significant differences in the two special quality indexes,namely,P<0.05,between one-foot jump and vertical jump in place at 20 meters.There was no significant difference in the special quality index of 30 meter accelerated running,that is,P>0.05.3.After 12 weeks of training,the experimental group showed a significant difference in standing triple jump performance,that is,P<0.01;The results of standing triple jump in the control group showed significant difference,that is,P<0.05.The results of standing triple jump after the experiment were compared between the two groups,and the results showed a significant difference,that is,P<0.01.Conclusions: 1.Both rapid telescopic compound training and traditional training methods can improve the special quality of college entrance examination physical education students,but the training effect of rapid telescopic compound training is better.2.Rapid telescopic compound training is better than traditional training means in the training efficiency of explosive leg bounce,and the difference between speed training and traditional training is not obvious.Rapid telescopic compound training is more effective in improving the special quality of standing triple jump of college entrance examination physical education students.3.Rapid telescopic compound training can improve the standing triple jump performance of college entrance examination physical education students more effectively,and has better training benefits for the standing triple jump.
