| The 14 th Five-Year Plan for sports development points out that it will comprehensively deepen the integration of sports and education,promote the healthy development of youth sports,clearly encourage sports social organizations to enter schools,and support sports clubs to cooperate with primary and secondary schools,provide venues,training,teaching and other services.At present,youth sports clubs have made great progress in serving school sports,but there are still many problems in terms of the normality and sustainability of their development.Therefore,this study focuses on analyzing the dilemmas of youth sports clubs in the process of serving school sports in the context of sports-education integration,improving the quality of services and proposing optimization strategies on the basis of prudent reflection on service experiences and lessons learned.In order to improve the physical health of youth,promote the development of sports-education integration,and provide theoretical and practical basis for accelerating the modernization of education and building a strong country of education and sports.his paper adopts literature method,case study method,questionnaire method,fieldwork method,interview method and mathematical and statistical method to conduct an empirical investigation and research on youth sports clubs serving school sports in Wuhan,and conducts an empirical case study on Weiguo Shan Basketball Training Camp and Hongshan District Youth Sports Club,in addition to using exploratory factor and validation factor analysis to explore the influencing factors of youth sports clubs serving school sports and the interrelationship and strength of each factor,find out its key factors,and point out the direction for the sustainable development of youth sports clubs serving school sports in Wuhan.The following conclusions were drawn from a survey and study of youth sports clubs serving school sports in Wuhan.(1)Of the 87 youth sports clubs surveyed,70% were registered as companies or enterprises.Among them,36 youth sports clubs serve school sports,94% of them serve public schools and 83% serve elementary school.The services involve mainly basketball and soccer.The service mode is to provide teachers in 71% of the cases.When youth sports clubs serve school sports 53% of school directors think that there is too little time for physical education.78% of youth sports clubs hold sports events after serving school sports.74% of youth sports clubs serve school sports for about 1-3 years.(2)A study on the operation mechanism of youth sports clubs serving school sports in Wuhan City concluded that 62% of schools established a quasi-access mechanism when youth sports clubs served school sports.The way of youth sports clubs serving school sports is 64%based on negotiation and bidding.When youth sports clubs serve school sports,84% establish supervision and evaluation,64% establish medical coverage,and 62% purchase insurance for students.(3)63% of the 36 youth sports clubs serving school sports in Wuhan were profitable.77% of schools were more satisfied with youth sports clubs after serving them.The percentage of youth sports clubs that are more satisfied after serving school sports is 69%.83% of youth sports clubs have significantly improved enrollment after serving school sports.81% of schools believe that the sports atmosphere has significantly improved after the service.(4)Regarding the factors influencing Wuhan youth sports clubs to serve school sports,the structural equation model output is: micro factors are the key factors influencing Wuhan youth sports clubs to serve school sports,which include 8 items,and the higher factor loadings are "w1 club and school celebrity effect" and The higher factor loadings were "w6club operation mode" and "w6 club operation mode".The meso factor is an important factor,including 6 items,and the higher factor loadings are "z2 club and school exchange and cooperation" and "z6 club and school admission criteria".Macro factors are secondary factors,including 5 items,and the higher factor loadings are "h1 national sports policy" and "h5 social concern".(5)The two typical cases investigated in Wuhan are Weiguo Shan Basketball Camp and Hongshan District Youth Sports Club,which differ in the type of schools they serve,the way they serve and the way they serve them.Weiguo Shan Basketball Camp mainly serves private private schools,and provides services to schools in a packaged purchase manner,through a negotiated bidding process.The Hongshan District Youth Sports Club serves public elementary schools,and the service method is to provide teachers,and the service route is through public bidding.(6)Deficiencies when serving school sports by youth sports clubs in Wuhan: the nature of work of youth club coaches is unstable.Youth sports clubs operate on a small scale with insufficient facilities and equipment.Fewer student sports competitions after youth sports clubs serve school sports,which affects the promotion of training by competition.No long-term training plan for both sides,and the service cannot be fundamentally guaranteed.Student health insurance safety issues,can not get the maximum protection.Insufficient time for physical education,conflicts between students’ learning and training,and insufficient parental support.(7)The corresponding countermeasures proposed by the Wuhan Youth Sports Club to serve school sports: attention should be paid to the construction of coaching staff.Schools set access standards to guarantee sustainable services.Implement the spirit of regular matches.Develop long-term training plan and refine the service process and content.Establish a sound institutional mechanism to prevent the risk of student sports.Appropriately extend the time of physical education and explore the win-win path to solve the conflict of school training. |
