| Objective: To compare and analyze the different effects of lower limb unilateral resistance training and lower limb bilateral resistance training on the maximum strength,explosive force and multidirectional speed of high-level female football players in Colleges and universities.It provides theoretical and practical reference for improving the training of maximum strength,explosive force,linear speed and directional speed of high-level female football athletes in Colleges and universities.Research methods: This paper uses the methods of literature,experiment,expert interview and mathematical statistics.24 members of the women’s football team of Wuhan Institute of physical education were randomly divided into unilateral group and bilateral group,with 12 people in each group.The unilateral group received unilateral resistance training of lower limbs,and the bilateral group received bilateral resistance training of lower limbs.The training intervention lasted for 8 weeks,3 times a week.Before and after the experiment,the indexes of maximum strength,explosive force and multidirectional velocity were tested for all subjects.Use spss26 0 software carries out relevant statistical analysis on the obtained test data,and draws corresponding conclusions.Results:(1)after 8 weeks of intervention training,the unilateral group and bilateral group showed significant differences in the three tests of the maximum strength index(P <0.001).The 1RM of the unilateral group increased by 14.10%,20.50% and 18.87%respectively.In the bilateral group,the 1RM of double leg neck deep squat,rear leg raised split squat left and rear leg raised split squat right increased by 14.43%,18.28% and 18.96%respectively.The growth rate is close,and there is no significant difference.(2)There were significant differences between unilateral group and bilateral group in six tests of explosive force index(P < 0.01).After the training intervention,the results of standing long jump and double leg squat jump in bilateral group increased by 4.87% and 8.12% respectively compared with those before the intervention,which was twice as high as the growth rate of1.94% and 3.67% in unilateral group.After the training intervention,the test results of single foot forward jump left,single foot forward jump right and single foot squat jump right in the unilateral group increased by 2.84%,3.42% and 10.00% respectively,which was much higher than that in the bilateral group of 0.77%,0.89% and 5.76%.It shows that unilateral training is more effective in improving the explosive test scores of one side of lower limbs,while bilateral training is more effective in improving the explosive test scores of both sides of lower limbs.(3)There was significant difference between unilateral group and bilateral group in the test of linear speed index(P < 0.05).5m,10 m and 30 m in unilateral group increased by2.40%,1.31% and 1.33% respectively,while 5m,10 m and 30 m in bilateral group increased by 1.90%,1.26% and 1.44% respectively.The proportion of the two groups was close,and there was no significant difference in the improvement effect.(4)There was significant difference between unilateral group and bilateral group in the test of direction change speed index(P < 0.005).The growth rate of T-type sensitivity test in unilateral group was 1.18%,505 test left test was 3.89%,505 test right test was 3.77%,while the growth rate of bilateral group was 0.33%,1.27% and 1.32%,It can be seen that the lifting effect of unilateral group is significantly higher than that of bilateral group.Research conclusions:(1)after 8 weeks of single and bilateral resistance training of lower limbs,the maximum strength of the two groups was significantly improved.Both training methods are effective training methods to improve the high-level female football players in Colleges and universities.(2)After 8 weeks of lower limb single and bilateral resistance training,the explosive power of the two groups was significantly improved,but the effects of the two groups were different: unilateral training was more conducive to the explosive power of one leg,and bilateral training was more conducive to the explosive power of both legs.In football,the technical actions such as dribbling,shooting,jumping and competing for the header are completed in a one-sided mode.Therefore,the one-sided resistance training of lower limbs is of more practical value to improve the lower limb explosive power of high-level female football players in Colleges and universities.(3)After 8weeks of single and bilateral resistance training of lower limbs,the linear speed of the two groups was significantly improved,and the effect of the two groups was similar,indicating that the two training methods are effective training methods to improve the short-distance linear sprint of high-level female football players in Colleges and universities.(4)After 8weeks of single and bilateral resistance training of lower limbs,the steering speed of the two groups was significantly improved,but the unilateral group was significantly more conducive to improve the steering speed than the bilateral group,indicating that the unilateral resistance training of lower limbs is an effective training method to improve the steering speed of highlevel female football players in Colleges and universities. |
