| Research Background: Fencing is an Olympic sword event,which requires athletes to hold slender elastic steel swords,wear masks,and wear prescribed clothes to compete on a rectangular field.It is reported that 43 universities in China have participated in the National fencing championships for college students,and many universities have set up special fencing classes.For a long time,the composition of fencing school team is selected from fencing sports single enrollment examination and fencing special class.Therefore,as the reserve talent reserve force of fencing school team,the special class is an important way to ensure the sustainable development of fencing.However,most of the fencing students have weak foundation,lack of solid basic skills and explosive power of lower limbs,so the improvement of movement skills is slow,resulting in the lack of outstanding talents and "fault".Lower limbs explosive force is one of the selection of indicators of fencing team,also is the core competence of fencing athletes,because fencing athletes in the offensive and defensive needs to use powerful lower limbs explosive force to adapt to the long and short,continuous and rapid lunges to move back and forth,is to determine fencing athletes attack effect,reflect the important factor of the competition.Super length training has been widely used in explosive training by many professional athletes at home and abroad,which is one of the most effective training methods to develop explosive power and enhance the reaction speed of the body.This study tries to improve the explosive power of lower limbs of fencing classes in colleges and universities through the extra-long training,improve the overall level of students who participate in the extra-long training,increase the number of school teams available for selection,and strengthen the talent reserve.Research methods: The main research methods of this paper are: literature method,expert interview method,experimental method,measurement method and mathematical statistics method.Through the draw method,finally choosing from Shanghai Lin accounting college fencing special class of 40 students participated in the study,40 patients were randomly divided into two groups,including 20 subjects were divided into control group for regular physical training,the other 20 subjects were divided into experimental group on the basis of the conventional training increase wait long training.Before the experiment,the subjects were collected for the measurement indicators of lower limb basic quality and lower limb explosive power.Each indicator was statistically processed and analyzed by Excel2019 and SPSS23.0.Independent sample T test was used for the statistical analysis of data between groups before and after the experiment.Paired sample T test was used for infra-group data statistics before and after the test.Significance level is set as 0.05,when the results are P<0.05,it indicates that the results have significant difference,when the results are P>0.05,it indicates that there is no significant difference.After 12 weeks of exercise intervention experiment,the level of lower limb explosive force can be tested,and the test results are statistically calculated and data analysis.Experimental results:(1)Before the experiment,there were no significant differences in basic information,basic quality of lower limbs and explosive power index of lower limbs between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05);(2)Basic quality of lower limbs: after data comparison between the experimental group before and after the experiment,all test indexes of basic quality of lower limbs had significant differences,among which sitting body flex ion had very significant differences(P<0.01).After data analysis of the control group before and after the experiment,there was no significant difference in the results of 50 meters and 1000 meters compared with before the experiment(P>0.05),but a very significant difference in the sitting body flex ion(P<0.01);(3)Lower limb explosive power: the data analysis before and after the experiment showed that there were significant differences in all test indexes after the experiment,among which there were significant differences in one-minute rope skipping,longitudinal jump height and 30-second lunge(P<0.01).In the control group,after the analysis of measurement data before and after the groups,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in all experimental test indexes except the standing long jump.The other test indexes showed significant differences after the experiment.Research Conclusions:(1)After the intervention experiment,the lower limb explosive power of the experimental group was significantly improved,while that of the control group was only partially improved.It can be seen that compared with the conventional physical training,the super length training can more effectively improve the lower limb explosive power of the fencing class students.(2)Fencing students of Shanghai Lin University of Accounting and Finance have a positive influence on the extra-length training,have a high acceptance of the training content,and can effectively adapt to the training means and training load.(3)The increase of lower limb explosive power level after super long training plays a key role in the improvement of fencing special class students’ skills,thus promoting the improvement of the overall sports performance of fencing special class. |
