| The National Education Work Conference had proposed in 2018 that quality development would be the main goal of higher education development in the new era.As one of the important signs to measure the quality of teaching at the undergraduate level,the importance of the quality of bachelor’s dissertation is self-evident,and it is a test of students’ comprehensive quality.Wudang International Wushu College is a second-level college specializing in Wudang Wushu,and the quality of dissertation reflects the teaching quality of Wushu majors as well as the quality of talent cultivation.Therefore,the study of thesis quality of wushu majors has certain theoretical significance and practical value for cultivating high-quality wushu talents.Process management is the application of systems thinking,systems analysis to guide the management of a meticulous process to a set of scientific management system to analyze and solve the practical problems of management activities,including process planning,implementation,monitoring and improvement of the four parts.Therefore,based on the process management theory,this paper uses the literature method,text analysis method,logical analysis method and other research methods to conduct a case study of the Wudang International Wushu College,and analyzes 424 dissertation texts of the Wushu and traditional national sports majors from the classes of 2014 to 2018.Some of the dissertations are not clear in research method concept,not standardized in table appeal and not rigorous in use;some of the dissertations have high similarity in research content and unclear research objects;some of the dissertations use references without citation,insufficient number of references and single type of references.The conclusions are as follows: 1.Wudang International Wushu College is a secondary college specializing in wushu and ethnic traditional sports with Wudang wushu as its characteristics,and the study of the quality of thesis on wushu and ethnic traditional sports can reflect the teaching quality and talent cultivation quality of the college,and reflect the development of the specialty of Wudang wushu culture at the side,which helps the college to improve the teaching quality as well as the quality of talent cultivation,so as to deliver It will help the college to improve the teaching quality and talent training quality,and deliver higher quality martial arts professionals to the society,so as to better promote Wudang martial arts culture.2.At the beginning of its establishment,the Wudang Mountain International Wushu Academy was still in the exploratory stage in all aspects,obeying the educational and teaching management guidance of Wuhan Gymnasium,employing the backbone teachers and managers of the Gymnasium,and adopting the form of regular rotation to support some managers,guest teachers and instructors.However,at the same time,the form of regular rotation makes the teaching management have certain drawbacks,so that the teaching quality is affected to some extent.3.During the steady development of Wudang International Wushu Academy,the quality of teaching has been improved to a certain extent,and the quality of dissertation has also been gradually improved.In order to guarantee that the dissertation quality of Wushu and traditional national sports can be continuously improved,improvement suggestions are put forward in order from the four stages of planning,implementation,monitoring and improvement of process management:(1)Planning stage: all staffs enhance the awareness of dissertation quality;improve the work plan of dissertation.(2)Implementation stage: strengthen the construction of the faculty;strengthen the supervision of dissertation guidance.(3)Monitoring stage: strengthen the dissertation supervision mechanism;strict dissertation process management.(4)Improvement stage: summarize the feedback problems in time to ensure the implementation of management. |
