| After-school sports services have built a good exercise platform for students after school time to improve their physical and mental health,but students’ after-school time has been encroached upon by a large number of homework and off-campus make-up institutions,and after-school sports services have not fully played their role.The "double reduction" policy will return after-school time to students,and after-school sports services will have more opportunities to play their role,but in the face of the huge changes brought about by the "double reduction" policy,after-school sports services to achieve good results,in the implementation of after-school sports services involved in all parties,including the government,schools,teachers,parents,students still need to overcome many problems.The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation of after-school sports services for primary school students in Weinan City,find that after-school sports services involve all parties and propose countermeasures to solve them,and provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of after-school sports services for primary school students.This paper investigates the implementation of after-school sports services in six primary schools in the urban area of Weinan City under the background of the "double reduction" policy through literature method,questionnaire survey method,field investigation method,interview method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method,and analyzes and studies the collected data,finds problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.Under the background of "double reduction",there are still the following problems in the implementation of after-school sports services in urban primary schools in Weinan City:(1)Government policies are vague and school implementation problems.(2)The school’s after-school sports equipment is lacking and imperfect.(3)The school’s after-school sports service items are old and small in number.(4)It is difficult for the school to ensure the safety of students.(5)Insufficient professionalism of teachers(6)Insufficient teaching staff.(7)Teachers’ work attitude is affected,and the quality of work is difficult to guarantee.(8)Teachers,parents,and students have inconsistent cognition of after-school sports services.Propose countermeasures to the above problems:(1)The government builds a comprehensive system,and the school refines the work system.(2)The school improves the management organization of site equipment.(3)Expand and optimize activities based on students’ interests.(4)Strengthen the safety construction of after-school sports services and strengthen the awareness of all parties.(5)Improve teachers’ professional knowledge and skills in various projects through multiple channels.(6)Develop cooperation inside and outside the school to broaden and stabilize the source of teachers.(7)Reasonably allocate class hours,increase teachers’ welfare,and improve teachers’ enthusiasm.(8)Establish a communication platform and increase publicity. |
