| In 2021,the General Offices of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework Burden and Off-campus Training Burden of students in compulsory Education,which is referred to as the "double reduction" policy.The policy requires that educational activities should change the concept of educating people,highlight the dominant position of schools,emphasize the quality of schools and the improvement of teachers,which has important guiding significance for promoting social progress,educational equity,healthy growth of teenagers and the development of core qualities.Since the "One hour of Sunshine Sports" policy,Qixia District has been upgraded again.All schools give full play to the advantages of teachers and creatively design after-school sports service mode according to the actual situation of students,so as to meet the diversified needs of students and relieve the educational anxiety of parents and students to a certain extent.Through field investigation and research of 5 public primary schools in Qixia District,this paper uses the method of literature,expert intervie and questionnaire to deeply explore the implementation mode,organizatio structure,operation process,operation management,resources and strength,type and content,teaching documents,implementation process and effect of after-school sports.The results show that:(1)the time of sports service is not reasonable,and the training time of school sports team is not enough;(2)The total number of teachers in the school is still short,and the settled off-campus education and training are very utilitarian;(3)The professional quality of in-service teachers should be strengthened,and the educational methods of external coaches should be changed;(4)The organization mode of sports associations should be optimized,and the after-school sports service system should be perfected;(5)Parents’ traditional education concept is still fixed,and the focus of modern education developmen needs to be balanced.It can be done from the following aspects:(1)reasonable arrangement of sports service time,pay attention to the school training team sports time;(2)Increase the construction of teachers on campus and standardize the order of off-campus education and training;(3)Strengthen in-service training of teachers and strengthen the education awareness of external coaches;(4)Optimize the organization of after-school services and consolidate the foundation of service system;(5)Change the parents’ concept of exam-oriented education and build a new ecology of "sports people". |
