Research On The Development Of Children’s Sports Training Institutions In Xi’an Urban Area Under The Background Of "Double Reduction" Policy

On July 24,2021,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework Burden and Off-campus Training Burden of Students in Compulsory Education.After the "double reduction" policy was issued,disciplinary training was reduced,students’ academic burden was reduced,and students’ extracurricular time was increased,which made it possible for students to participate in physical education training.At the same time,national policy support is conducive to the development of sports training institutions.The "double reduction" policy is an opportunity for the development of the sports training industry.This paper not only promotes the development of children’s sports training institutions in Xi ’an city,but also helps to implement the national "double reduction" policy.It can also provide reference for other sports training institutions.This paper mainly uses literature,questionnaire,interview,field investigation,mathematical statistics and other research methods,taking the development of children’s physical education training institutions in Xi ’an urban area under the background of "double reduction" policy as the research object,to investigate and study 12 children’s physical education training institutions in Xi ’an urban area.Based on the investigation of the market demand side,the basic situation of institutions,the operation situation and the current situation of institutional coaches,the development opportunities of children’s sports training institutions under the background of "double reduction" policy are studied,and the problems existing in the development of sports training institutions are analyzed,and the development countermeasures are put forward accordingly.The results show that:1.After the "double reduction" policy was promulgated,the development opportunities of children’s sports training institutions in urban areas of Xi ’an were as follows: subject training institutions were restricted after the "double reduction" policy,and students’ demand for sports training institutions increased;Diversification of consumer demand after "double reduction" policy;After-school services should be supplemented by off-campus training institutions to provide opportunities for sports training institutions.Parents’ ideas change,institutions should seize the change of consumer demand;The national goal of cultivating students returns to the essence of education.2.The overall environment of Xi ’an is conducive to the development of sports training institutions.The purpose of participating in physical training is to strengthen the body and strengthen the physical quality through exercise.Parents’ awareness of children’s participation in sports training needs to be improved;At present,non-student parents do not participate in sports training mainly from the children’s own needs to consider more;After the "double reduction" policy,the number of students and the number of staff in the organization has increased.Fewer sports training institutions make development plans for the "double reduction" policy;The stability of the institutional coach team is not high,and the channels for coach training and promotion are not abundant.3.After the promulgation of the "double reduction" policy,the problems existing in the development of children’s sports training institutions in the urban area of Xi ’an are as follows: sports training institutions do not make full use of the "double reduction" policy to formulate development plans;The content of the organization’s publicity is not comprehensive,and the way of publicity is not rich;The coach team is not stable,the level of coaches is uneven;The teaching quality of children’s physical education training institutions is not high;Consumers’ cognition of sports training is not high;Institutions do not pay attention to consumer feedback,parents satisfaction is low.4.According to the development opportunities and problems of children’s sports training institutions in Xi ’an city,the following development countermeasures are put forward: formulating development plans compatible with the "double reduction" policy;Improve the training effect to meet the needs of parents;Increase multi-level publicity effect to stimulate parents’ desire for sports consumption;Promote the cooperation between sports training institutions and schools;Focus on brand building,the implementation of chain management;Increase training programs and extend the industrial chain;Enhance the professional quality and ability of coaches.
