| As another main position and way for young people to receive physical education, extracurricular physical training plays a positive role in promoting the healthy growth of young people. With the arrival of the "double reduction" policy, not only has it stimulated more demand for sports training services among teenagers and parents, but also added a dose of vitality to the development of the sports training market. The number of training institutions has mushroomed rapidly. At the same time, due to uneven regional distribution, inadequate supervision, and changes in the needs of adolescents, the imbalance between supply and demand for youth sports training and the needs of adolescents and their parents,as well as the imbalance in resource development, has gradually emerged. Therefore,in order to balance the supply and demand of youth sports training in Changzhou City,it is particularly important to quantify the supply and demand from the perspective of users and identify the differences between the two. This study analyzed the supply and demand of youth sports training in Changzhou from two perspectives: supply and user demand.By using literature review, questionnaire survey, and interviews, the study constructed a youth sports training supply and demand evaluation system and a youth sports training supply and demand matching model, which included four primary indicators, twelve secondary indicators, and forty tertiary indicators. The study found that:(1)The overall supply and demand of youth sports training services in Changzhou City is relatively balanced, but they have not been able to achieve a perfect match;(2)there is an imbalance in the allocation of resource elements, and there is a supply shortage in training other services, with significant differences among different types of teenagers;(3)there is a imbalance in the supply and demand of course teaching services in Changzhou’s youth sports training, and the course teaching services need to be optimized;(4)the construction of the youth sports education talent team in Changzhou needs to be optimized, and the development of talent resources in various regions is imbalanced;(5)the supply of facilities and environmental elements of youth sports training institutions in Changzhou is insufficient, and facilities and the environment need to be improved. The study suggests enhancing the ability to explore customer demand, promoting balanced supply of training services, improving the professional quality and ability of coaches, and strengthening government intervention and guidance. |
