| The construction of home-school co-parenting mechanism directly affects the effect of home-school co-parenting and the development and growth of children.The latest Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Promotion of Family Education,promulgated on October 23,2021,emphasizes that "family education,school education,and social education are closely integrated and coordinated," and that "a sound mechanism of family-school-society collaboration in educating people is established.This is the national education policy once again highlights the importance of the construction of the home-school-society collaborative education mechanism.At the same time,the establishment and improvement of the home-school collaborative parenting mechanism is also necessary for school improvement.However,there are many practical dilemmas in the practice of home-school collaborative parenting,and the researcher found that the current home-school collaborative parenting in H school lacks continuity and systematization in the educational teaching practice of the case school,so there is an urgent need for mechanism construction to guarantee the effectiveness of home-school collaborative parenting.This study takes School H in Huanggu District,Shenyang City,Liaoning Province,as an example,and relies on the "Research Learning Community"(RLC)project of the Shenyang Basic Education Research Center to conduct long-term action research on the construction of a collaborative parenting mechanism in School H in Huanggu District,Shenyang City.The research team consisted of the researcher,school administrators,teachers,etc.,and implemented the action together.First,we diagnosed the current situation of home-school co-parenting in School H,and determined and refined the problems that existed.Then,based on the problem-solving orientation,the researcher and the school administrator jointly developed an action plan and carried out the action.This is a process of identifying problems,solving them,moving from disorder to order,and gradually forming a mechanism for collaborative home-school parenting.In the process of building the home-school collaborative parenting mechanism in School H,the traditional form of home-school communication was improved,a feedback sheet system for effective home-school communication was formed,and a home-school collaborative parenting community was improved,forming a school-led home-school collaborative parenting model with the school as the main body and research institutions as support.The study concludes that the fundamental purpose of building a home-school collaborative parenting mechanism is to establish a home-school partnership;a home-school communication system based on two-way feedback is the core of building a home-school collaborative parenting mechanism;action research capacity is the guarantee of building a home-school collaborative parenting mechanism;and parent education is the primary task of building a home-school collaborative parenting mechanism.The thesis consists of five main parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the reason for selecting the topic of this study,the summary and review of related studies,the definition of core concepts and the theoretical basis,research ideas and research methods of this study.The second part is the theoretical foundation of this study,mainly the synergy theory and mechanism theory.The third part is the implementation process of the action research on building a collaborative parenting mechanism in H-schools,including action plan design,implementation and reflection.The fourth part reflects on the action of home-school collaborative education mechanism construction from the perspective of action research,and summarizes the important and difficult points of mechanism construction.The fifth part is the conclusion and optimization path. |
