This research adopts case study method, at a public elementary school in minhang district of Shanghai as a case to observe, record the long-term\"parent-school cooperative management system changes before and after the implementation and results. The school from2008to carry out the study of modern school system, in the aspect of school clubs, parent-school cooperative has accumulated certain experience, this study tries to from home and how to build long-term effective combined interaction mechanism, this paper carried out the system of the static design and dynamic operation practice, further explore the construct new school management system, make better use of mechanism and system of parents to participate in school management of the power, the parents play a positive role in the development of school education and. On the other hand, by means of combined interaction between family lead and enhance the level of quality of parents and family education, promote home school form a positive resultant force, eventually to promote the healthy growth of the students.
