The most scholars launch the research on migrant laborer constrained by urban or a village,the research perspective unavoidable exist limitation.The city and countryside dual structure theory does not mean that the city and countryside is two isolation worlds,in fact they form an integrity society following the space and time difference,they have cross-correlationship through unceasing material circulation,personnel's flowing and cultural dissemination.Therefore,using the spatial theory,this article regards the city and the village as different space but connected each other through the space and time difference.With the experience of flowing between different space,the migrant laborer act as the communication medium between city and countryside,simultaneously they are the main body strengthen the modernity duplication from the urban space to the village space. In this paper,I interviewed many migrant laborer who went back home in a Miao village, then inspected their views about "home"and their behavior in the hometown,at last the reconsideration about the rural community's vicissitude and the influence to migrant laborer was given.To be specific,this thesis consists of six parts:Partâ… :Introduction.This chapter involves in the origin and significance of the research,then clear up and appraisal such documents and materials on hands.Partâ…¡:Theory and research frame.This part is mainly introduced basic theory and key words used in this paper.Then the operationalization skill in this research,the logic of theory and preliminary hypothesis are proposed.In addition,I have carried on the introduction to the basic situation of field investigation spot.Partâ…¢:This part returns to analysis the observation of home-going migrant laborer as an actor.I pay attention to the action,that is to say,concentrates in the significance of action.Currently speaking,the migrant laborer makes his decision to return, which is a logical inevitable fact.The way to back home is very difficult,the cyclic action of departure and return has molded a kind of new collective status for the migrant laborer,this is the main reason of population division and social stratum differentiation in rural community.Partâ…£:representation of home space.In this part,using these investigation data,I give some analysis to several essential symbols of home,and then take a discussion of the relationship between the "home" vicissitude and home-going migrant laborer.I discovered such phenomena:as modernity entry,traditional and modernity presents on overlaps mutually with replaces in rural;that family's spatial boundary is broken causes the feeling about home is attenuated;the life pressure urges the family's livelihood pattern is changing;the changing is from life space expansion to development opportunities localization.Partâ…¤:Home space of representation.For migrant laborer,home is a kind of symbol.It's represents the hope and the responsibility,a place for leisure and recreation, a social order of socialization.Family's traditional attribute function is losing,therefore the home and the homeland idea needs to remold.Partâ…¥:discussion and conclusion.In this paper,following viewpoints are given: home-going migrant laborer has much freedom in individual action,they have the formidable adaptive faculty in the temporary situation,but they have many difficulties to deal with long-term and universal macroscopic issues.The deconstruction of family's space brings many difficulties to adapt the rural life for home-going migrant laborer.In the hometown,a kind of culture are produced,that is all the people in the rural want to be employed in the urban space,all present a kind of "the centrifuge effect" in rural space.
