From An Intangible Cultural Heritage Perspective,Fork Grass Ball Serves As An Example Of Research Into The Inheritance And Creative Growth Of Traditional Hezhen Sports

The crystallization of human wisdom and the evolution of human civilization are both attested to by the intangible cultural legacy.The intangible cultural heritage,in comparison to material culture,places a greater emphasis on human subjectivity,capabilities,and vigor,and has a significant effect on society.The essence of intangible cultural legacy is comprised of people,abilities and societies.Maintaining the ethnic group’s existence,connecting it to unity and exchange,and guaranteeing ethnic progress-these are its foundations.Essential for the legacy of Chinese exceptional culture,the preservation of ethnic culture’s diversity,and the bolstering of cultural self-assurance is the safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage.Investigating the heritage and invention of sports’ intangible cultural legacy can help us to comprehend the struggles faced by traditional sports in their growth and scientifically understand the path of advancement.Encouragement of the revival of sports intangible culture,of paramount importance to the advancement of society and economic growth,should be strongly encouraged.A distinct ethnic minority in Heilongjiang Province,the Hezhen are the only cross-border ethnic group in northern China that concentrates on fishing and hunting.From the dawn of time,it has been dwelling in the lower and middle parts of Heilongjiang,along the banks of the Wusuli and Songhua Rivers,facing the Narai people from Russia across the river.Generations after generations,the Hezhen people have,through their wisdom and hard work,crafted a culture with their own distinct ethnic characteristics along the lengthy journey of historical progress.The extinction of the ancient,unsophisticated traditional sports culture of ethnic minorities is a crisis that is being brought on by the alterations in times and the alteration of society.This research utilizes "Fork Grass Ball" as a case study,employing literature review,case analysis,field investigation,and interviewing techniques.The aim is to explore the protection,inheritance,innovation,and development of "Fork Grass Ball," with a particular emphasis on the safeguarding and creative advancement of sports intangible cultural heritage.A thorough examination of the past,evolution process,inheritance status quo,development direction,and strategy of "Fork Grass Ball" is conducted in this paper.The following conclusions are reached through research:1.The Hezhen Fork Grass Ball has its own unique organizational characteristics since the beginning,fully reflecting the Hezhen people’s strong and unyielding fishing and hunting spirit,and promoting ethnic unity.Its development has gone through four historical stages: the Ming Dynasty,the Qing Dynasty,the early stage of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,and the late stage of the founding of the People’s Republic of China to the present day.2.From primitive military training activities to fishing and hunting,the Hezhen Fork Grass Ball Movement has evolved.In this day and age,three primary forms of inheritance exist: family,campus,and collective.During the process of inheritance and development,it has lost the function of military training and hunting,and has developed into a traditional ethnic project.3.The Hezhen Fork Grass Ball has distinctive ethnic characteristics,rich in ethnic cultural heritage,and has the characteristics of carrying out various forms,coordinating physical and mental health,fitness and health,and leisure and entertainment.However,there are certain problems in the inheritance environment,inheritance methods,and inheritors,which restrict the inheritance and innovative development of Fork Grass Ball.4.There are some problems in the inheritance of the Hezhen Fork Grass Ball Movement,mainly reflected in weak cultural inheritance awareness,limitations in inheritance methods,changes in the inheritance environment,a single participation group,intergenerational gaps in inheritance,and a lack of intangible heritage database construction.5.Aiming at some problems in the inheritance of the Hezhen Fork Grass Ball Movement,this paper proposes countermeasures for inheritance and innovative development: maintaining the authenticity of culture,adhering to people-oriented and dynamic inheritance,promoting development through rural and urban interaction,using Internet media guidance,promoting development through festival integration,and constructing a digital information form of Fork Grass Ball intangible heritage.
