In recent years, autism has gradually come into the public’s view, with relatively higher awareness and some understanding of its basic pathological conditions. However,in terms of the general social background, due to the particularity of autism, there are still a lot of confusion and doubts, especially the attention to the overall situation of the family is little, whether it is social publicity or academic research. At many levels, the focus is on autism itself, and little is heard about the families that bear the burden behind it.In fact, for them, they persevered largely because of their family resilience.Starting from the key process of family resilience improvement, this study investigated, assessed the needs and identified the basic contents of casework involvement in the family resilience of autistic patients. Then, according to the key process of family resilience improvement--"three dimensions, nine small dimensions",the work method suitable for the key process was extracted from the casework.A targeted case work intervention service plan was developed based on the actual situation of the service objects, and the Chinese version of family stress resistance table was used as the basis for the research conclusion.Research has found that families with autism face many challenges in the process of growing up,such as economic pressure, social opinion, emotional pressure, cognitive bias, etc.,and some families with autism are even higher than other ordinary families in the performance of resilience, have their own stable family system and function. This study involves service families in the form of individual cases, and through systematic intervention, strengthens their family belief system, improves their ability to use resources, and promotes effective family communication. The conclusion of this study can provide practical examples for social work to intervene the family resilience of autistic patients, open up new ideas, and hopefully provide some research reference value.
