The Study Of Social Work Intervention To Improve The Resilience Of Reorganized Families

Since the reform and opening up more than 40 years ago,with the rapid development of economy,people’s marriage concept has also undergone a corresponding change.More and more people choose to break free from the shackles of traditional marriage concept,and no longer settle for perfection,but to pursue a free,democratic,high-quality marriage life based on love.The rising divorce rate has made the reorganized family type appear more and more in reality.Due to the special and complex structure of the remarried family,if the family members cannot better adapt to the change of roles and adjust the relationship between each other,the newly formed reorganized family will be at a loss and become vulnerable and sensitive when facing unknown risks and challenges.Therefore,it is of great significance to use professional social work methods and provide professional services to intervene in reorganizing families.This study used questionnaire investigation,case interview method and participatory observation method to complete the prophase work of information collection,information using one of the three practical methods of social work in the case study,work as a family system theory and the social support theory as the theoretical basis,the general family resilience process mode as a general practice guiding framework,so as to improve the family resilience of the reorganization of the family.This study is based on the theoretical framework of general family resilience process model.First of all,to help reorganize the family to strengthen the positive and rational family belief,to help them find the right attitude to deal with adversity and inject hope constantly;Secondly.Help reorganized families to build healthy and resilient family organizations,expand social support resources for them,and improve family cohesion;Finally,help reorganize the family to develop smooth and effective family communication,assist family members to master the way of emotional expression skills,learn to clarify their own views and negotiate to solve family problems.Through process evaluation and effect evaluation analysis,the following conclusions can be drawn: Model framework using average family resilience process involved in the reorganization of the family,not only solved the reorganization of the family of the existing low level of family resilience,alleviate the tense family relationship,also improved the overall reorganization of the family’s ability to resist risk,make family members have the confidence to go together to meet the future possible adversity and challenges in the family.
