| Training athletics sports reservists is an action of training person. It is the transformation process to teens in biology, psychology, sociology etc. Meanwhile it is also a complex, systematic and long term project. Athletic reservists are mainly produced and manufactured for our athletic cause, whose quantities and qualities are essential guarantee that athletics sports can develop continuatively.Under the circumstance of planned economy the pyramid-shape training system have trained many excellent athletes. Many a excellent trainees of athletics sports reservists are from athletics schools, which athletes succeeding in Olympic Games are based and originated from. In order to push ahead and improve the continuous development of training athletic reservists in athletics schools in Shandong Province, the study look into and analyze the principal questions on the present condition of development and the course of development, and construct development strategy, which is highly important to achieve the continuous development of athletics sports in Shandong Province.The study mainly discusses the following issues: (1) The present training condition on athletic reservists in athletics schools Shandong Province; (2) Restrictive factors analysis on athletic reservists in athletics schools in Shandong Province; (3) Constructing the development strategy on athletic reservists in athletics schools in Shandong Province.The study chooses 10 athletics schools which have been awarded the title of 05～08 Year China High Standard Athletic Reservist Base as the research objects, and adopts such approaches as documents, questionnaire, observations, mathematical statistics and logical analysis. The present training condition on athletic reservists in athletics schools in Shandong Province has been made research, the main restrictive factors have been found and analyzed, and the main research conclusions are as follows:(1) At present, the restrictive factors of continuous development on training athletic reservists in athletics schools in Shandong Province mainly lies in the following twelve factors: coaches, scientific training, scientific athlete selection, scientific management, personnel training system, athlete supplies, training condition, competitive system, curriculum arrangement, teachers, athletes'motive and interest in learning.(2) The level of scientific training is not high enough, there are lack of effective monitor measures in the course of coaches'training, and the training condition in every city needs improving, there are unreasonable factors in competitive system, the action of competition's leverage and trend haven't been embodied which lead to the short-term goal and the narrow thought of winning golden medal in competition.(3) Coaches'vocational levels and comprehensive abilities need improving further. They have rich experience, but they are lack of rational knowledge. They renew their knowledge slowly, and they seldom go training with modern and scientific training methods, and their diploma and knowledge construction can hardly meet the demands of scientific training.(4) The condition of athlete supplies is dissatisfactory. We are in shortage of athletic reservists, the scope of athlete selection is becoming smaller and smaller. The ratio of athlete selection according to experience is comparatively high, and scientific athlete selection is hardly put into effect.(5) The level of scientific management isn't high, and the over-all quality of administrators needs improving. They are many unreasonable factors in the training system of athletic reservist, and training conditions need improving badly.(6) The real meaning of training athletic reservists can hardly be embodied though combination of physical culture and education. The contradiction of learning and training is obvious. Sometimes learning even has to give way for training. The training environment without a good learning atmosphere puts teachers in a dilemma. |
