Objective: To discuss and analyze the effects of high-intensity(70% 1RM)bench press training with different pressure modes on muscle activation characteristics and subjective fatigue degree of upper limb muscles of bodybuilders. Methods: 10 Wu Han Institute of Physical Education bodybuilders were recruited, the same exercise training was performed under three different pressure modes(exercise intensity70% 1RM,continuous 3 groups,8 times per group,Interval 2 min): Group T 1(low pressure and high resistance mode): continuous pressure and 100 mm Hg pressure occlusion pressure;Group T 2(high pressure and high resistance): to relieve the pressure during the exercise,Group C(no pressure mode): to do the traditional bench press training under the non-pressure mode.Theratools BFR pressure equipment was used for pressure intervention. The pressure cuff was tied at the upper end of the upper arm and the pressure was 30 mm Hg.Bench Press1 RM test and target muscle groups(pectoralis major, deltoids, and triceps brachii muscle)MVIC test before pressure training,at the same time,3-channel Delsys Trigno wireless surface EMG signal acquisition system is used to record the surface EMG signal in MVIC test.Surface electromyography(SEMG)signal acquisition was performed simultaneously in pressure bench press training. The subjective fatigue test was performed immediately after the training. All data were expressed in the form of mean ± standard deviation(M ± SD),and If the interaction was significant,a paired-sample t-test was performed within groups,a one-way analysis of variance with repeated measures was performed between groups, and a paired-sample t-test was used to analyse each group’s subjective fatigue after exercise.repeated measures analysis of variance was performed on the EMG data after treatment. The significant level of difference test was(P < 0.05).Results:(1)Repeated measures analysis of variance showed that the compression mode had significant effects on the activation of pectoralis major, deltoid and triceps brachii muscle muscles(P<0.05).Sports group significantly increased the activity of deltoid and triceps muscle(P < 0.05).there was no significant interaction between pressure mode and exercise group on the changes of muscle activation(P > 0.05).(2)Pectoralis major: The level of activation of pectoral muscle in T1 was obviously increased(p < 0 05),and the level of T2 was obviously increased(p < 0 05),and the level of T1 was obviously increased(P < 0.05).(3)Deltoid muscle: The T1 and T2 group showed a significant decrease in T2 compared with T1 and T2(p < 0.05),T1 and T2 showed a significant increase in T1 and T2(p < 0 05),while T2 LT was more active in T2 group compared with T1(P < 0.05).(4)Triceps brachii: Triceps muscle activity was obviously decreased in Group 3compared with Group 2(p < 0.05),while in Group 3 it was obviously decreased(P < 0.05).The results showed that T1 and T2 were more active in T1 and T2(P < 0.05).(5)The RPE level in each group was obviously elevated(p < 0.05),RPE in T1 group was obviously higher C group(p < 0.05),while RPE in T1 group was obviously higher T2 group(p< 0.05).No statistical difference was found in group T2 and C.(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Compared with the control group, the level of muscular activity of the upper extremities was more obvious, and the extent of the muscular activity was more obvious under the low stress and low pressure.(2)The degree of muscle activation of triceps brachii in pressure mode decreased gradually with the bench press in each group, which proved that pressure training could make triceps brachii fatigue more quickly than non-pressure training.(3)In 70% 1RM bench press training, the high-pressure and high-resistance training mode with 180 mm Hg block pressure during the training period was better than the continuous low-pressure and high-resistance training mode with 100 mm Hg during the interval period.(4)Compared with non-pressure and intermittent pressure, the pressure mode of continuous low pressure will lead to higher degree of fatigue.
