Objective: KAATSU training is a new type of training, which can stimulate muscle growth and improve muscle function with less exercise intensity by restricting blood flow in limbs and producing venous pool effect. This thesis explores different pressure(150 MMHG and 200 MMHG and 250 MMHG and 300 MMHG)main pressurized training on lower limb muscle mass, muscle fiber recruitment and some blood indexes, the effects of observed venous pool effect may cause cardiovascular risk, and select appropriate compression strength experiment for 2 weeks intervention, empirical studies pressurized training effects on the body for a long time, for guiding the public fitness, exercise prescription and cooperate with the rehabilitation training. Methods: Part I: 34 healthy male students were selected as subjects. The subjects were randomly divided into 4 groups, namely,a pressurized pressure 150 mmHg group(150 groups,n=8),a pressurization pressure of 200 groups(200 groups,n=9),and a pressurization pressure of 250 mmHg group(250 groups,n=9),pressure pressure 300 mmHg group(300 groups,n=8).The barbell weight-bearing squat training was carried out with a load of 30% and 1 RM,respectively, for ordinary resistance training and pressure resistance training with different pressures, and the elution period was set in the middle.Perform surface electromyography,Doppler ultrasound, blood index changes, and monitor heart rate and blood pressure changes in real time.Part II: Fourteen boys were randomly selected from the 34 subjects in the first part of the experiment as subjects in this section. The subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups, the experimental group(250 mmHg compression resistance training,n=8)and the control group(normal resistance training,n=6).The barbell weight-bearing squat training was carried out with a load of 30% and 1 RM,which were common resistance resistance training and compression training. The experiment lasted 2 weeks and was trained once a day for 4 groups each time.12 times in each group,6 days a week, and rest on Sunday.Blood glucose and blood lipid levels are measured. The heart rate of the subjects in the quiet state before and after the training was monitored, and the heart index was measured by Puls ultrasound, and the changes in the body composition of the subjects were measured. After descriptive statistical processing, the comparison between groups was performed by one-way analysis of variance, and the paired sample t test was used in the group. The statistical significance was P<0.05.Results: Part I:(1)The maximum heart rate of AEMG,MF and exercise in pressure training was significantly higher than that in resistance training(P < 0.05).(2)Pressure training under different pressures has different effects on the main muscle thickness of lower limbs.Compared with the thicknesses of rectus femoris in the quiet state before the experiment, the thicknesses of rectus femoris in 250 and 300 groups increased significantly immediately after exercise(P < 0.05).Comparing the results of surface electromyography in different pressure training, the AEMG of gastrocnemius in 250 groups was significantly higher than that in 150 and 200 groups, and that of gastrocnemius in 300 groups was significantly higher than that in 250 groups, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).(3)24 hours after pressure training, the serum levels of IGF-1,IL-6,Irisin and VEGF increased significantly(P < 0.05).Part II:The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, cardiac output and stroke output of the pressure training group increased significantly after exercise intervention(P < 0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction of the pressure training group after exercise intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in other test results(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Training at the medium pressure level of 200mmHg~250mmHg can get better results.One-time KAATSU training promotes the expression of related factors in the blood, which can not only improve the level of skeletal muscle function, but also alleviate the cardiovascular risk caused by the venous pool effect.2 weeks of pressure training has a more obvious effect on heart function, but it has a limited effect on promoting muscle gain and fat reduction, lowering blood glucose and blood lipids, etc. Therefore,it is suggested to conduct a long-term study to verify its effect and safety.
