Power quality is normal people live, learn, work and other activities important prerequisite, and its strength and whether an athlete can achieve excellent results have a very close relationship in the game. In general, the effect of improving the human muscle strength is dependent on the organic unity of method and load, look at the current status of research on strength training people found this both domestic and international studies have reached a higher level, but on strength training itself means lack of innovation. Faced with this trend, the scientific exploration of Strength Training will help people recognize authorized strength training essential rules, but also to improve athletic performance and quality of life has a huge role in promoting.Objective:The collection of different people, different special methods and means used by upper-body strength training, summed up its own rules and characteristics, and proposed a "twist" type training means. Through a number of experiments to objective indicators that "twist" type training means to influence the effect on human muscle strength and bone density, and thus hope to offer Physical Training of modest means. Before the experiment, Shaanxi Normal University selected 16 non-sports professional male college students as subjects were randomly divided into two groups of eight people,using a rotary grip (patent number:ZL 2015 2 0064357.6) for groups of subjects, respectively a "twist" type of strength training and traditional strength training, will be used before and after the experiment Isomed2000 isokinetic muscle strength testing equipment, MetriScan bone densitometry systems and other equipment, subject to the upper limb grip strength values muscle circumference, five isokinetic indicators, three bone density testing, and finally all the test data collection and analysis through SPSS 19.0, prism5 software.Methods:literature, expert interviews, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis, experiment.Research result:1. grip and muscle circumference MEASURES:Subjects grip value compared to before training after training has been very significantly improved; and the forearm circumference than the training did not appear significant changes, which controls two indexes the growth rate was 8.11%,0.55%; the experimental group two indicators of the growth rate were 9.14%,0.44%, the two groups of subjects data comparison between groups and found no significant differences.2. the relative peak torque and peak torque indicators:two indicators consistent results, which appear in addition to significant change in the control group when the angular velocity of the wrist flexors at 180°/s, but under two other conditions were very appear significant differences; with centrifugal acceleration of the angular velocity mode, two indicators wrist flexors appear first and then decreased trend wrist extensor group generally continued to show an increasing trend; at the same angular velocity, wrist flexors two index values are greater than the wrist extensors, wrist extensors but the increase is higher than the wrist flexors; in the angular velocity of 180°s under the conditions of the experimental group, two indicators of value to the wrist extensors than the control group.3. flexion and extension peak torque ratio indicators:at 120°/s angular velocity, two subjects were significant changes than before training, there is a significant change at 60°/s motion only in the experimental group; control group, the upper limb changes in the magnitude group of flexion and extension than -6.45%—19.94%, the magnitude of change in the experimental group than in the upper limb flexion and extension muscles-13.38%—27.27%; compared two groups of data subjects are not statistically significant.4. maximum power MEASURES:Subjects improve the indicators are there is a very significant change; with the increase of the angular velocity of the centrifugal mode, the maximum power value of upper limb muscles showed a rising trend; at the same angular velocity, the maximum power value is greater than the wrist flexors wrist extensors, but increased the magnitude of the wrist extensors have to significantly higher than the wrist flexors; in the angular velocity of 120°/s motion conditions, the experimental group wrist There were significant differences between the control group and the extensor group of value-added data.5. the total work indicators:at 180°/s conditions, the presence of two groups of subjects wrist flexors and training compared to the total work value significantly different, while in other cases, upper limb muscle groups of subjects the total value of work before the training were compared very significant change occurs; centrifugal model with angular velocity increases, the value of total work two subjects presented rising trend; at the same angular velocity conditions, wrist flexors the total work values are greater than the wrist extensors, but increased the magnitude of the wrist extensors have to significantly higher than the wrist flexors; in the angular velocity of 60°/s under the conditions of the experimental group added wrist flexors data there was a significant group differences.6. bone Density:BMD mean the presence of groups of subjects than before training significantly change, T value, are there is a very significant change compared with the Z value before training; an increase in the control group were three indicators: 1.8%,20.71%,42.21%, an increase in the experimental group were three indexes: 2.05%,25.32%,49.47%; two sets of data subjects comparison between groups is not statistically significant.Analysis conclusion:1. Human in the centrifugal action, reflects the maximum strength and speed does not exist an inverse relationship and found that under conditions of fast motion and upper extremity muscles outbreak force and endurance strength of the quality will get better development.2. "screw" type of training means to the human upper limb muscles of different strength quality and bone density have a greater degree of improvement, but found that people's muscle circumference did not change significantly.3. from the isokinetic parameters can be seen in slow motion, the traditional training method more effective development the human wrist flexor strength and endurance of; under the conditions of medium speed, fast motion, "screwed" training means respectively more effective development the human wrist extensor explosive force and maximum force and two kinds of training methods on the weak side muscle training effect better than strong lateral muscle groups.4. the "twist" type training means training with the traditional means of grip strength in the human body, and found no significant difference in the effect of improving the forearm muscle circumference, muscle balance, bone density indicators.
