A Study On The Evaluation Criteria For The Selection Of U-13 Women's Football Team In Shanghai Campus Football Elite Training Camp

Since the school football activity was transferred to the ministry of education in 2015,the number of people participating in the school football activity has increased rapidly,forming a good football atmosphere.Different from the previous way of training,through the school more systematic and professional training of new reserve talent,can make our country's football players get more comprehensive development.To improve the level of women's football team quickly is the breakthrough of developing Chinese football.Therefore,it is of great importance to study the selection and training of women players.However,the age of U-13 is not only the stage of students' knowledge reserve for the high school entrance examination,but also the key stage of their athletic ability training and growth.The academic pressure in this stage will lead to serious conflicts in learning and training,and many students and their parents will hesitate whether participating in football activities is beneficial to the development of players at this stage.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on the physiological,psychological and learning cognition characteristics of students at this special age stage,develop a scientific and comprehensive selection criteria and indicator system,provide reference for the selection of female U-13 campus football players,and help players to make decisions on their future development path.This paper studies and puts forward a three-level indicator system for the selection and evaluation of U-13 female athletes in elite football training camp on campus.The main work is as follows:(1)summarize the concepts and methods related to the selection and evaluation criteria for athletes in football and other sports,and study the evaluation criteria for the skills,athletic quality and competition ability of soccer players.(2)through expert questionnaire survey,the framework of U-13 female athlete selection evaluation standard index system for elite football training camp on campus was determined.The index system was composed of three first-level indexes,six second-level indexes and eight third-level indexes.(3)analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the specific weight value of the three-level indicators,and through analyzing and calculating the scoring methods of each test item,a complete selection and evaluation standard system of U-13 female athletes in elite training camp was determined.This paper makes an empirical analysis on the selection and evaluation standard system of U-13 female athletes in elite training camp proposed in this paper,and proves that this standard system is feasible,objective and scientific.
