| Background: Aerobic endurance quality is an important indicator to measure the physical health level of high school students,and it is also an important basis to ensure the cardiopulmonary function of students.High school students have a certain aerobic endurance quality,which has a certain practical significance for lifelong sports.This paper aims to explore the effect of "comfort" sugar and rehydration on aerobic endurance in high school students.Method: This study using literature method,experimental method,mathematical statistics,100 male high school students aged 15-17 in Hunan,group A("comfort" sugar,hydrating),group B("comfort" sugar filling,water),group C(pure water),group D("comfort" sugar,water)and group E(supplementary sports drinks)20.Test experiments were performed for a period of 5weeks.5000 m of rehydration time and maximum oxygen intake level were selected as test indicators.Result:(1)Group A,Group B,Group C,Group D and Group E all increased the maximum oxygen intake after the experiment.Group D had a statistical difference of 0.05 P <0.05,and group E(supplemented sports drinks)had P <0.05(2)In the rehydration test of 5000 m,there was no significant difference in the comparison of hydration alone and "comfort" sugar and replenishment in group A P> 0.05;there was no significant difference in the comparison of "comfort" sugar and replenishment alone in Group B P> 0.05.(3)Comparative analysis of T0,T4 and T8 periods after rehydration in group A and B showed significant differences of P <0.05 in each period.(4)In the comparative analysis of C,D and E,group C and D differ P <0.05;a very significant difference between C and E P <0.01;there was no significant difference between D and E P>0.05.conclusion:The effect of "comfort" sugar and hydration is better than that of pure hydration,and worse than that of sports drink.The main reason is that on the basis of supplementing the body to supplement the necessary water,sugar gargle stimulates the nervous system and makes the body have an illusion,which leads to the body mistakenly thinking that it has supplemented sugar and such energy substances,strengthening neuroregulation,thus improving the effect of aerobic endurance. |
