Research purpose: Tennis requires athletes to possess high comprehensive abilities. As one of the basic abilities of tennis, mobility ability affects the technical level of tennis players to a certain extent, and can even become a decisive factor in the victory or defeat of a match. In many studies,it has been found that the improvement of mobility ability is closely related to the improvement of tennis players’ competitive level in the competition.Training to enhance mobility ability during the training process is also increasingly valued.Composite training is a training method that utilizes post activation enhancement effects to develop strength.Through in-depth understanding of literature on mobility and composite training,it has been found that the improvement of mobility depends on the improvement of strength quality.Research methods: In this paper, the literature, expert interviews, experiments, mathematical statistics and logical analysis methods are comprehensively used to conduct a group intervention experiment on 16 students of Xi’an Institute of Physical Education who have the level of national second level tennis players. After the experiment, the experimental results are statistically analyzed, and the data of traditional resistance Strength training and compound training are compared,Deep analysis of the differences in the impact of two training methods on expanding athletes’ specialized mobility ability.Experimental results:(1)Through independent sample T-test for inter group comparison,it was found that the experimental group showed significant differences in performance compared to the control group in fan running, sliding sprint running, and hexagonal jump tests(P<0.05);In the test results of the 30 meter sprint and edge turn back run, there was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the experimental group and the control group.(2)Through paired sample T-test for intra group comparison,it was found that both the experimental group and the control group showed significant improvement in test scores before and after the experiment(P<0.01),and the experimental group showed a significant improvement in performance.Research conclusions:(1)The improvement effect of compound training in fan run, gliding sprint and hexagon jump test items is more obvious than that of traditional resistance Strength training; There was no significant difference in the test items of the 30 meter sprint and the sideline turn back, but the improvement of the performance of the control group after the experiment was less than that of the experimental group, indicating that the effect of traditional resistance Strength training was less than that of compound training.(2)The results of the experimental group and the control group in the five test items have improved to a certain extent compared with those before the experiment, which shows that both compound training and traditional resistance Strength training can improve the specific mobility of tennis players in sports colleges.
