Compound training uses the post-activation potentiation.In the same training session,athletes are first subjected to heavy resistance training,and then plyometric training with similar biomechanical characteristics is performed to develop athletes’ muscle strength and explosive force at the same time.In this study,a single resistance training and a combination of two different combined structures were used to train the lower limbs of men ’s volleyball team of Tianjin University of Sport.The control group and two compound training experimental groups were set up.Among them,the control group received a single traditional resistance training;the experimental group Ⅰ(Traditional compound training group),performed jump training in a rapid expansion and compound training with similar biomechanical characteristics after each group of resistance training;the experimental group Ⅱ(New compound training group),after all the strength training groups are completed,jump training in the rapid telescoping compound training with similar sports biomechanical characteristics is performed.The effect of compound training on the development of explosive power of the lower limbs of men’s volleyball players was explored through experiments to find a compound training method suitable for the development of explosive force of the lower limbs of men’s volleyball players.Methods: A single resistance training and two different combinations of compound training(Traditional compound training and New compound training)were used to conduct training intervention for 24 athletes of Men’s Volleyball Team of Tianjin University of Sport for 8 weeks,using Just Jump The test system measures the SJ squat jump,CMJ squat jump,run-up time and height of the run-up jump,average jump height of four consecutive jumps,explosive power index,and measurement of isokinetic muscle strength test system(ISOMED2000)before and after training Both knee flexion and extension peak torque and power(60 ° / s,120 ° / s)and other indicators reflect the training effect,and SPSS23.0 statistical software is used for descriptive statistics and data comparison between and within groups.Conclusions:(1)In the vertical jump test,the muscle groups around the joints ofthe tested athlete’s lower limbs quickly complete the lengthening-shortening cycle,which can well reflect the rapid strength of the tested athlete’s lower limb muscles.When developing athletes’ explosive training of lower limbs,it is important to consider the form of muscle contraction.(2)The short-term experiment of compound training proves that compound training can promote the single-leg explosive power of male volleyball players.In this experiment,an 8-week compound training was designed.According to the literature and the expert consultation method,four sports performance indicators for detecting the explosive force of the lower extremities and the knee strength and power indicators of the knee flexion and extension were selected to form an experimental test method.The tested athletes are divided into three groups,the control group only conducts a single resistance training,and the experimental group Ⅰ(traditional compound training group)and the experimental group Ⅱ(new compound training group)both use 70% 1RM,80% 1RM,90% 1RM weight-bearing half-squat pre-stimulation combined with enhanced training.The experimental results show that,in addition to the knee flexion and extension peak torque indicators of both knees,the training effect of each index of the traditional compound training group and the new compound training group is better than that of the single resistance training group.In terms of developing the maximum strength of athletes’ lower limb muscles,all three groups have good training effects.(3)In this experiment,the training effect of the new compound training group is slightly better than the traditional compound training group,which is closely related to the combined structure of compound training methods.(4)Compound training with multiple groups,few times and sufficient intermittent time can effectively reduce athletes’ muscle fatigue and prevent the occurrence of injuries.
