Research On The Phenomenon Of University Students’ Spiritual Slack From The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education

At present,the world is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century,with deepening scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,new changes in the balance of international power,far-reaching impact of the epidemic,sluggish economic recovery,and prominent global issues.China,as a major developing country,is faced with many opportunities and challenges.As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era and we are moving towards the second Centenary Goal,the responsibility of the young people is on our shoulders.Young people are the hope of the country and the future of the nation.The future development of China is closely related to young college students.However,in the era of the rapid development of Internet information technology,all kinds of network information is mixed and swarmed to Chinese college students’ spiritual life and learning activities have brought double influence.Young college students are the main force of national development,and their mental state determines the future development trend.The Party and the country attach great importance to the ideological education of college students."Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Work in the New Era" put forward scientific suggestions for the ideological and political work in the new era,and promoted the ideological and political work in the new era to maintain integrity and innovation.To strengthen and improve ideological and political education and enhance students’ spirit and spirit is an inevitable requirement for improving students’ ideological realm and promoting the all-round development of college students and social progress.This study focuses on the mental slack of college students from the perspective of ideological and political education.Through the study of the theory of mental motivation and mental slack,the definition of mental slack is obtained,and then the performance of college students’ mental slack is summarized,the causes of the phenomenon of mental slack are summarized,and the path to eliminate the mental slack of college students is explored.This study takes the mental life of college students as the starting point,and mainly adopts the questionnaire method when acquiring research data.Through the analysis of the characteristics of 519 sample data,it obtains the performance of college students’ mental slack,which is mainly embodied in mental burnout and learning burnout.Lack of morale,ideals and beliefs blurred;A lust for pleasure;Utilitarianism of value orientation;The problem of love view.From the perspective of ideological and political education,it concludes that the main reasons for the slack spirit of college students are not perfect content and methods of spiritual cultivation,complex and changeable environment of ideological and political education,and weak self-education consciousness of college students.By drawing inspiration from the experience of spiritual education of college students at home and abroad,this study concludes that the path to eliminate the spiritual slack of college students from the perspective of ideological and political education can be explored from the subject,object,medium and loop of ideological and political education,that is,optimize the teaching staff,improve students’ self-education ability,enrich the teaching content and methods,and create a harmonious education environment.
