In October 2020,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Sports in the New Era(hereinafter collectively referred to as the Opinions),which clearly requires that physical education should focus on strengthening the physical education curriculum and teaching material system,and carefully sorting out and promoting traditional Chinese sports such as wushu and wrestling.At the same time,the Opinions also clearly put forward the need to make up for the shortcomings of school physical education,form characteristic-type development,make up for the shortcomings of teachers,venues and equipment,and promote the balanced development of school sports,so as to achieve the purpose of promoting the spirit of Chinese national sports and promoting traditional Chinese sports programs.2021 On April 29,the Ministry of Education decided to establish the Chinese Wushu Education Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education after a study and decision,stating that the state has drawn a higher degree of attention to the development of ethnic traditional class programs in schools at all levels.Based on this,studying the development of martial arts teaching in junior high schools in Hanzhong City can provide a more comprehensive and profound knowledge of the development of martial arts in junior high schools in Hanzhong City and the development of youth martial arts activities,and lay a good foundation for promoting the inheritance and development of China’s traditional martial arts culture in the compulsory education stage.In this regard,the author investigated eight junior high schools in Hanzhong City that focus on martial arts teaching by reviewing local chronicles,journals,magazines and newspapers,and by using a combination of research methods such as literature,interviews,questionnaires,fieldwork,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,and analyzed the actual development of martial arts teaching in junior high schools in Hanzhong City,and came to the following conclusions:(1)At this stage,the overall development of martial arts teaching in junior high schools in Hanzhong City(2)the structure of physical education teachers in the region is relatively homogeneous,and the age of physical education teachers is relatively obvious;(3)there is a large shortage of professional martial arts venues and equipment in schools,and the funding for martial arts teaching and activities is relatively low;(4)martial arts courses are less available,and the development of school sports lacks characteristics;(5)on the whole,martial arts clubs and teams inside and outside the schools are less developed;(6)the construction of martial arts clubs and teams is less developed;(7)the development of martial arts schools is less developed.(6)most students have little knowledge and understanding of the content and culture of martial arts.In view of the actual development of martial arts teaching in junior high schools in Hanzhong City,the following optimization strategies are proposed from the perspective of linking theory with practice in order to optimize the development of martial arts teaching in junior high schools in the region:(1)create a "general environment" and create a martial arts cultural atmosphere in schools,so that various aspects of martial arts culture and martial arts spirit can gradually have a positive influence on teachers and students(2)to offer martial arts special courses to meet students’ individual needs,create school brand characteristics,and stimulate students’ intrinsic motivation to learn martial arts;(3)to increase teacher training,introduce martial arts professional teachers or coaches,and continuously improve the structure of professional teachers;(4)to collaborate with all school departments to support and promote the development of martial arts teaching,and to implement and handle the funding of martial arts activities and the procurement and management of equipment.equipment procurement and management;(5)strengthen the integration of the work of physical education and research groups,increase the exploration and research of martial arts teaching activities,and speed up the implementation of martial arts activities carried out with high efficiency;(6)use goal-oriented combined with diversified teaching evaluation in the process of martial arts teaching. |
