| Scientific evaluation behavior can guide children to understand the purpose of learning.In the daily activities of kindergarten,teachers,as the subject of evaluation behavior,have a crucial impact on children’s learning and development.On the one hand,scientific and reasonable evaluation encourages children to better self-cognition and improve their enthusiasm for exploration.On the other hand,scientific evaluation behavior helps teachers to obtain firsthand feedback information and better understand the development of children in their class.Can be more reasonable to children’s learning process and cognitive process of in-depth evaluation,at the same time to improve the ability of self-evaluation and teaching ability.This study mainly through observation method and interview method,the evaluation behavior of six kindergarten teachers in Hanzhong City in different types of scientific collective activities were recorded and analyzed and timely interview after the activity.The researchers analyzed the four dimensions of evaluation behavior orientation,expression form,type and content of evaluation behavior.It is found that most teachers are aware that positive evaluation behavior has a positive impact on children,but they have a vague understanding of the concept of teacher evaluation behavior,a simple expression of evaluation,and lack of specific evaluation guiding points of observation and cognition activities,experimental operation activities,and scientific discussion activities.Evaluation behavior is mostly individual oriented evaluation and pays less attention to children’s learning quality.As a result,in-depth evaluation cannot be made on the content.In addition,through comparative analysis of the similarities and differences of teachers’ evaluation behaviors in different types of scientific collective activities,the researchers concluded that teachers’ evaluation behaviors were affected by the characteristics of scientific collective activities in kindergartens,as well as by factors related to the scientific nature of the activity organization and teachers’ own understanding of evaluation behaviors,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.It is suggested that teachers should change the evaluation concept,actively learn the evaluation knowledge,comprehensively use a variety of evaluation methods,reduce the general evaluation language,and carry out in-depth evaluation.It is recommended that the kindergarten select scientific evaluation tools,through teaching research,expert lectures,Internet and other ways to increase teachers’ discussion opportunities,so as to enrich teachers’ evaluation theoretical knowledge and evaluation ability,and really play the powerful role of evaluation to motivate teaching. |
