| In the context of the information age,the demand for creative talents in the field of education has made problem-solving ability an important criterion for measuring individual competitiveness. At present, the research on problem solving ability in the field of subject teaching mainly focuses on mathematics, physics and other disciplines. There are relatively few studies in the field of information technology,so it is necessary to conduct in-depth research.Compared with the traditional code programming language, the graphical programming language in the new generation programming language has advantages in algorithm understanding and operation mode.Graphical programming software has diversified functions and a simple writing environment.Using visual building block programming language to learn programming matches the cognitive development ability of primary school students.Teachers guide students to solve problems independently in the process of programming.Students master the ability to solve problems in learning and migrate to other problems in life.By analyzing the existing literature on the relationship between programming teaching and problem solving ability,it is found that there are some phenomena in the related research on the cultivation of primary school students ’ problem solving ability by graphical programming teaching, such as the lag of evaluation of problem solving ability and the difficulty of focusing on problem solving process. This study designs teaching activities to improve the existing problems and cultivate students’ problem solving ability. The research method is based on the design of the research method, observation method and interview method. The practice activity selects 16 grade 5primary school students in Shenyang M primary school as the research object. In the graphical programming course, the teaching activity design is constructed in the general process of integrating the problem solving with the scaffolding teaching strategy to carry out a total of three rounds of teaching practice. After constantly discovering the existing problems in each teaching practice,a new theory is formed by providing modified ideas to optimize the teaching process design. The observation scale of this study is based on the scoring index of the problem-solving ability of scholars Huang Maozai and Chen Wendian, and conducts classroom observation on the problem-solving ability of primary school students. This research adopts the interview method, and the main content focuses on the students ’ learning situation in the graphical programming course. This study draws the following conclusions by analyzing the data of three rounds of teaching practice: First, the teaching process designed in this study can effectively improve the problem-solving ability of primary school students in the graphical programming course.Second, the use of mind mapping tools in graphical programming courses can effectively improve pupils’ attitudes towards problems. Finally, teachers’ construction of student group discussion and guided collaborative learning in graphical programming courses has a positive impact on the way pupils deal with problems and the quality of problem solving. This study designs teaching activities in the graphical programming course, improves the phenomenon of ignoring the cultivation of students’ problem-solving ability in some teaching at this stage, adjusts the situation of emphasizing’ teaching’ and neglecting’ practice in the graphical programming teaching, and provides new ideas for educational information workers as a supplementary way of thinking. |
