| Education is the key to rejuvenating and strengthening the country,and teachers are the center of education and rejuvenating.For a long time,the urban-rural dual structure has formed an insurmountable gap in the development of urban and rural education.Among them,the difference in the quantity and quality of urban and rural teachers is also gradually widening,which seriously damages the equity of education.A series of supplementary policies have been issued,which fully shows that the country attaches great importance to and cares about strengthening the construction of rural teachers.To promote the development of rural education to bring strong impetus.Through the analysis of the supplementary policy for rural teachers,this paper tries to find the shortcomings of the current supplementary policy content for rural teachers,and then proposes some targeted improvement methods,and puts forward some suggestions to perfect the supplementary policy system for rural teachers.This study is divided into five parts.Chapter one: Introduction,which explains the background and purpose of this research,defines the theoretical and practical significance of this research,reviews the relevant policies and academic research literature,and clarifies the methods and specific ideas of this research.Chapter two: The standard construction and demonstration of rural teachers’ supplementary policy content analysis.This part mainly uses the research method of educational policy content analysis to construct the basic analysis framework of the supplementary policy contents of rural teachers,including the subject,object,content and method of the supplementary policy of rural teachers.Then,according to the four categories proposed in this study,the content analysis of the supplementary policy of rural teachers is demonstrated,and the feasibility of the constructed analysis criteria is demonstrated.Chapter three: The qualitative analysis software Nvivo12.0 is used to analyze the interview data,and the finished text interview data of Word version is imported into Nvivo12.0 software,and the three-level coding analysis,word frequency analysis and cluster analysis are carried out successively.Then,on the basis of interviews,the author returns to the supplementary policies for rural teachers,compares and analyzes the existing policies,finds out the shortcomings of the existing supplementary policies for rural teachers by comparing them with the constructed standards,and puts forward suggestions for improving the relevant policies.Chapter four: Research on the current situation and problems of supplementary policies for rural teachers.This paper inspects four levels of the supplementary policy for rural teachers formulated in our country,and then combing through the actual conditions of the implementation of the supplementary policy for rural teachers,and analyzing the constructed policy standard,the Nvivo analysis result and the content of the actual policy text,it finds the deficiencies in subject,object,content and method of the supplementary policy for rural teachers.Chapter five: Put forward the countermeasures to improve the supplementary policy system of rural teachers.This chapter studies the subject,object,content and method of the supplementary policies for rural teachers,and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions and measures for the deficiencies of the policies summarized above. |
