Labor education is a kind of educational activity,which can cultivate students' correct labor concept,improve their labor quality and promote their all-round development.It is a basic requirement for the full implementation of the party's educational policy,an important content of the liberal education,and an important channel for the realization of the fundamental task of building moral character and fostering people.The State Administration of primary and Secondary School Labor education is mainly through the formulation and implementation of the relevant labor education policy to achieve.The policy of labor education in primary and middle schools is an important system guarantee for the development of labor education in primary and middle schools.Since the founding ceremony of the People's Republic of China,the Party and the state have attached great importance to Labor Education and formulated a series of labor education policies.The New Era has put forward new requirements on the objectives,contents,approaches and management of labor education,the policy of labor education in primary and middle schools should be improved and perfected in the aspects of objective policy,content policy,approach policy and management policy.On the basis of the research on the related concepts and tools of labor education policy in primary and secondary schools,this paper firstly constructs the analysis standard of the content of labor education policy in primary and secondary schools in China,and proves it through theoretical analysis and factual analysis.Then it analyzes the content of labor education policy in primary and middle schools in China,finds out the existing problems and their causes,and finally puts forward suggestions to improve the content of labor education policy.This paper mainly includes the following contents: First,China's primary and Secondary School Labor education policy concept tool research.This part mainly discusses the essential characteristics and basic categories of the Labor education policy in primary and secondary schools by discussing the concepts of labor education,education policy and primary and Secondary School Labor Education Policy.Second,China's primary and Secondary School Labor education policy content analysis standard construction and demonstration.This research first constructs the analysis standard of elementary and middle school labor education,then carries on the demonstration to the analysis standard based on the theory analysis and the fact analysis.The theoretical analysis part mainly discusses the theoretical support of modern labor theory and subjective education policy view to the analysis standard The Realistic Analysis Link mainly discusses the new requirements of the new era to the Labor education,the present situation and development of the Labor education in primary and secondary schools in our country,and the support of the experience of the Labor Education in primary and secondary schools in developed countries to the analysis standard on the fact level.Third,the text of China's Labor education policy,and then based on the standards of labor education policy analysis of content system analysis and specific content analysis,to explore the problems and their causes.Fourth,China's primary and Secondary School Labor Education Policy Improvement Research.In the light of the problems existing in the content of labor education policy and its causes,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of the policy system and specific content of labor education policy in primary and middle schools.
