| Objective: Create wrist-bell calisthenics routines suitable for preschool children,explore the impact of wrist-bell calisthenics training on the development of basic motor skills of preschool children,and provide effective physical exercise methods for the physical and mental health of preschool children.Object and method: The research object of this paper was a kindergarten in Harbin,Heilongjiang Province,with 35 preschool children aged 5-6.Read a large number of relevant literature in the early stage of the experiment,and use the literature method to sort out and analyze the articles;The Expert interview method provide scientific support for the creation of wrist-bell calisthenics;The results of the expert interview method of K-related sample non-parametric test analysis,Pearson correlation analysis tester reliability test,independent sample T test,and paired sample T test were used to statistically analyze the data before and after the experiment.Results: Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the average scores of displacement,manipulation and stabilization skills between the experimental group and the control group(t=0.588,P>0.05;t=0.582,P>0.05;t=-0.212,P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the average scores of displacement,manipulation and stabilization skills between boys and girls after the end of the experimental period(t=-0.745,P>0.05;t=1.897,P>0.05;t=-1.352,P>0.05),there was no significant difference between the average scores of displacement,manipulation and stabilization skills between boys and girls after the end of the experimental period(t=-0.807,P>0.05;t=1.757,P>0.05;t=-1.038,P>0.05),and there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group after the end of the experimental period(t=2.374,P<0.05;t=).2.302,P<0.05;t=2.561,P<0.05)。Conclusions: 1.Wrist-bell calisthenics has a certain effect on the displacement,manipulation and stabilization skills of 5-6 years old preschool children.There were no gender differences in the natural growth state of children aged 5-6 years old,whether in the state of motor bell aerobics intervention,displacement,manipulation,and stability skills.3.The effect of wrist-bell calisthenics training intervention was better than that of the study subjects’ training content in the school physical activity class. |
