The slow development of basic motor skills and the decline of physical fitness of3-6 year old children is one of the problems that the preschool physical education educators in China generally care about. In this paper, the basic skills of young children at home and abroad, summarizes the relevant research and analysis on the basis of the design skill is a basic teaching intervention plans, and through experiment verification, the intervention for young children’s basic motor skills and the influence of the constitution,in order to promote the development of Chinese children’s basic motor skills and enhance physical fitness,At the same time,it provides reference for enriching the selection of methods and contents of infant physical education teaching in China. In this paper, the literature method is used to summarize and analyze the related research on children’s basic skills at home and abroad in order to pave the way for the experiment. All data collected in the experiment were integrated and analyzed by mathematical statistics method to support the results and conclusions of the experiment. The video analysis method was used to review and score the test data again to improve the scientific nature of the data. The experimental method was adopted to select 60 children aged 3-6 years from a kindergarten in Haizhu District,Guangzhou City as the experimental subjects. The subjects were given 8 weeks of intervention under the controllable condition that the exercise intensity and time were basically the same and they did not participate in the physical activities in the park. The experimental group was given basic motor skills teaching and the control group was given sports games. Results :(1)Before and after the experiment, the mean value of displacement motor skills in the experimental group increased to 3.25,3.89 and 6.25 for 3-4 years old children, respectively; The mean increase in the total score of object manipulation skills was 6.25 for children aged 3-4,5.37 for children aged 4-5,and 6.62 for children aged 5-6.(2)Before and after the experiment, the mean increase of displacement motor skills in the control group was 2.63 for 3-4 year olds,1.5 for 4-5 year olds,and1.25 for 5-6 year olds, respectively. The mean of the total score of object manipulation skills increased by 2.25 for 3-4 year olds,1.38 for 4-5 year olds, and 1.37 for 5-6 year olds,respectively.(3)The results showed that both the basic motor skills teaching in the experimental group and the sports games in the control group could promote the development of children’s basic motor skills and physique, but the effect of the experimental group on the development of basic motor skills was better than that of the control group, while the effect of the experimental group and the control group on the promotion of physical development was similar. Conclusion: 1.Children’s physical education class that includes two kinds of basic motor skills can promote the development of basic motor skills.2.Sports games are better than object operation skills in the development of displacement movement skills of 3-6 years old children.3.The learning effect of basic motor skills of 5-6 years old children is more significant than that of 3-5 years old children, and the improvement of object operation skills is better than that of displacement.
