| Juvenile With the gradual trend of juvenile delinquency at a younger age,the importance of rule of law education for elementary school students cannot be overstated.The main theoretical source of Xi Jinping’s Rule of Law Thought is Marxism,which is a theoretical research result of the Chineseization of Marxism in the new era and a theoretical system of the rule of law suitable for China’s national conditions,which is conducive to the construction of the rule of law in China.The physical functions of elementary school students are still developing and perfecting,and students at this stage are more plastic and receptive,but still lack the ability to distinguish right from wrong.Promoting Xi Jinping’s Rule of Law Thought into elementary school morality and rule of law class is conducive to the cultivation of elementary school students’ awareness of the rule of law,so that students can clarify the norms of behavior and effectively prevent elementary school students from committing crimes.However,in the field of elementary school morality and rule of law classes,there are few contents related to Xi Jinping’s Rule of Law Thought.Based on combing domestic and foreign researches,this paper investigates the current situation of Xi Jinping’s Rule of Law Thought into elementary school morality and rule of law classes by using research methods such as questionnaires and teacher interviews,supported by the theory of subject acceptance and identity and the theory of ideological and political living.In the introduction section,this paper mainly discusses the basis of the topic selection,the significance of the topic selection,the current situation of domestic and foreign research,the research method,the innovation point and the definition of relevant concepts.The theoretical basis of Xi Jinping’s Rule of Law Thought into elementary school morality and rule of law class,the need to implement the new curriculum,the need for the healthy growth of elementary school students,and the need for a comprehensive rule of law country are mainly analyzed.It also elaborates on the current situation of Xi Jinping’s Rule of Law Thought into elementary school morality and rule of law class and the analysis of the reasons for it,analyzes the basic situation of the survey,and elaborates on the problems and the reasons for the problems.When investigating the teaching of rule of law in morality and rule of law classes,it is found that the class time of morality and rule of law classes is less,the content of rule of law in teaching materials is too general and lacks relevance,teaching methods also need to be innovative,and teaching evaluation is not comprehensive.Secondly,the atmosphere of rule of law on campus is not strong,most schools do not produce blackboards and handwritten posters about rule of law very often,and organize fewer activities such as lectures on rule of law knowledge.The culture of rule of law on campus is not strong,and the knowledge of rule of law is not well integrated into life.Finally,a feasible path for Xi Jinping’s Rule of Law Thought to enter elementary school morality and rule of law classes is proposed.It is necessary to provide teachers and students with opportunities to learn knowledge related to Xi Jinping’s Rule of Law Thought and to build a team of rule of law professional teachers.In the process of classroom teaching,we should improve the system of rule of law teaching materials,infiltrate relevant contents of Xi Jinping’s Rule of Law Thought in other subjects,and use teaching resources inside and outside the classroom flexibly.Enrich the form of teaching,use a variety of teaching methods to stimulate students’ interest in learning about the rule of law.Adopt a variety of teaching and evaluation models to improve the evaluation of rule of law education.In the construction of the rule of law culture on campus,promote the teaching of life,and actively work to create an atmosphere of rule of law education. |
