| Emotional problems are the adverse conditions of emotional experience, referring to the excessive emotional experience produced by individuals after reflecting objective stimuli, which belongs to a kind of psychological problems. Many emotional problems start early in the preschool years and are stable.Emotional problems,if not timely intervention, will not only bring adverse effects on the current growth and development of children, but also cause serious trouble to their future social interaction, study and life. Therefore,it is necessary to deeply explore the occurrence and development mechanism of children’s various emotional problems,so as to provide reasonable basis for preventing and intervening children’s emotional problems. The three-way model of family process points out that the family factors affecting children’s emotions can be divided into three levels: parent level, dual relationship level and family level. These three levels interact with each other, and when there is a problem at one level,it will affect the other levels and eventually lead to emotional problems in children.Based on this, this study discussed the influence of parenting burnout,a parent-level variable,on children’s emotional problems, and introduced parent-child conflict and mindful parenting at the level of binary relationship as mediating variables to further explore the influence of family factors on children’s emotional problems. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the general characteristics of emotional problems(anxiety, loneliness and depression)in 3-6 years old children. The second is to investigate the relationship between parenting burnout, mindful parenting level,parent-child conflict and children’s emotional problems, and reveal the complex mechanism of parental mindfulness parenting level and parent-child conflict between parenting burnout and children’s emotional problems.A kindergarten was randomly selected from Jinan City by cluster sampling method.450 children in primary, middle and senior classes and their parents were selected as the research objects. The children’s emotional problems, parental burnout, parental mindful parenting and parent-child conflict were evaluated in the form of parents’ separate reports, and the relationship between the four was further discussed. The results are as follows:(1)there is no significant difference in grade, gender and singleton anxiety; There is no significant difference in children’s loneliness in gender and singleton or not,but there is a significant difference in grade, which shows that children in small class feel loneliness significantly higher than those in middle class and large class. There is no significant difference in grade and singleton, but there is significant difference in gender, and the interaction effect between grade and gender is significant, showing that depression of middle-class boys is significantly higher than that of girls.(2)Both paternal and maternal parenting burnout can positively predict anxiety, loneliness and depression in infants.(3)Paternal burnout can affect children’s loneliness through mindful parenting,as well as anxiety, loneliness and depression through father-child conflict;Maternal parenting burnout can influence young children’s anxiety and depression through mindful parenting,as well as anxiety, loneliness and depression through mother-child conflict.(4)Parental burnout can affect children’s emotional problems through the chain mediation of mindful parenting and parent-child conflict. |
