Research On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Struggle Spirit Guided By The Xi Jinping’s View Of Struggle And Happiness

The spirit of struggle is a fine tradition contained in the spiritual lineage of the Communist Party of China.The Communist Party of China has always maintained a courageous attitude of struggle and never slacken its spirit,leading the people to strive for their own happiness.As the reserve force for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,young people should take the initiative to become strivers in the new era and vigorously promote the spirit of struggle.Xi Jinping bases on the practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,he repeatedly emphasized that happiness is achieved through hard work,that everyone must achieve happiness through hard work,and that happiness must be achieved through hard work.This is proper for the country and the individual.In fact,this series of discussion about “struggle”and “happiness” constitute a content-rich,hierarchical view of struggle and happiness.This paper is mainly classified four parts,and carries out discussion through the following parts:In the first part,the formation of the theory of Xi Jinping’s view of struggle and happiness is sorted out in detail,and discussed from the theoretical source,practical basis and personal factors.Theoretical sources include the Marxist view of labor happiness,the view of struggle of successive leaders of the Communist Party of China,the view of happiness in the excellent traditional culture of China;The practical basis includes the struggle course of the Communist Party of China and the People’s Republic of China;Personal factors include Xi Jinping’s revolutionary family style,the sharpening of the youth years and later practical experience.The second part expounds the basic connotation,theoretical characteristics and value of the Xi Jinping’s view of struggle and happiness.The basic connotation of the Xi Jinping’s view of struggle and happiness includes that people’s happiness is the foundation of struggle,the common acquisition of material happiness and spiritual happiness is the door of happiness,and hard work is the path of happiness.Xi Jinping’s view of struggle and happiness reflects the people’s nature with the people as the center,the practical nature with labor as the fundamental,and the comprehensiveness with coordinated development as the guide.This paper discusses the contemporary value of struggle and happiness view from theoretical value and practical value.The third part analysis the current situation of the cultivation of college students’ spirit of struggle.According to the investigation and analysis of the struggle spirit of current college students,it is found that the struggle spirit of college students are faced with difficulties: depression and slack phenomenon in study,the existence of hedonism in life,and the tendency of confused lying flat in thought.Starting from the main body of cultivation,the paper analyzes the root causes of the dilemma: the lack of innovation in the way of cultivating the spirit of struggle in colleges,the influence of some bad social atmosphere,the weakening of family tradition inheritance,the refraction between peer effects,and the deviation of college students’ individual cognition.These factors constitute the dilemma root of the cultivation of college students’ spirit of struggle.The fourth part is the cultivation of struggle spirit of contemporary college students led by the Xi Jinping’s view of struggle and happiness.Taking the concept of struggle and happiness as the guiding theory,aiming at the difficulties and reasons of the cultivation of the spirit of struggle of college students,the corresponding leading research is carried out from four aspects:cultivation goal,cultivation content,cultivation method and cultivation environment.By digging into the Xi Jinping’s view of struggle and happiness and taking it as a guide,it not only guides us to correctly understand the connotation of happiness,but also provides an important guiding rolo in looking forward to the struggle spirit of college students and their development.
