Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Mass Sports Of Young And Middle-aged People In Wuhu From The Perspective Of Sports Power

As an important component of China’s sports industry,mass sports is an important link in the construction of a strong sports country.The purpose of this study is to investigate the development of mass sports in Wuhu City,explore the factors that may have restrictive effects on mass sports,and provide a more comprehensive path for the construction of a sports power,and provide strategies for reference for the construction of a sports power.By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and interview,this paper studies the mass sports in Wuhu from five aspects: hardware facilities,mass sports consumption,sports culture,mass sports policy and mass sports participation,The lack of types of sports events,poor equipment,low personal income,and high living expenses have led to a low level of sports consumption,collectively forming a restrictive impact on mass sports.2.Whether or not to participate in physical exercise will be limited by the monthly income and sports consumption expenditure,and the lack of economic support to participate in physical exercise,and the number and duration of exercise is far from giving people positive feedback on physical exercise.Personal education will also affect the intention to participate in sports ideologically.3.The overall sports consumption in Wuhu City is very low,and the restrictive impact caused by occupational factors is significant.The government and enterprises have built a large number of public and private sports facilities,but there are still unreasonable locations for sports facilities;The facilities only facilitate the situation of relevant practitioners.4.The level of physical education knowledge mastered by citizens in Wuhu is influenced by their gender,age,and educational background.There are still a large number of residents in Wuhu who are unwilling to spend money on sports.Some types of physical exercise,such as brisk walking,may cause some misunderstandings.Sports events that allow participants to exercise for too long or too short,leading to incorrect exercise methods.5.The hardware facilities in Wuhu City are still unable to meet the individual needs of citizens of different genders,educational backgrounds,and professions.The differences in male and female body structures result in not all facilities being universal,and different educational backgrounds and professions often require different equipment.Therefore,it is concluded that there are 8 factors that have a restrictive impact on policies and information related to mass sports,6 factors that have a restrictive impact on participation in sports activities,1 factor that has a restrictive impact on sports consumption,10 factors that have a restrictive impact on sports knowledge mastery,and 4 factors that have a restrictive impact on sports hardware facilities,These factors are the limiting conditions for the development of mass sports in Wuhu City.By using appropriate methods to address these factors,it is inevitable that the construction of a strong sports country will encounter similar problems in the future and provide reference for reference.And this article also proposes the following improvement strategies: 1.Based on the restrictive impact of public sports policies and information in Wuhu City,establish public sports promotion channels to lay the foundation for the implementation of the sports power policy.2.Based on the restrictive impact of participating in sports exercise,ensure the right and leisure of the public to participate in sports,and provide legal protection for the construction of a sports power.3.Explore new mechanisms to reduce sports expenses based on the restrictive factors of sports consumption,Provide economic support for the construction of a sports powerhouse.4.Create a more comprehensive sports guidance system based on the restrictive factors of mastering sports knowledge,laying a cultural foundation for the construction of a sports powerhouse.5.Strengthen the construction of public facilities according to the restrictive factors of sports hardware facilities,and provide material support for the construction of a sports powerhouse.
