A Study On The Heritage And Development Of Xiao Long Quan

The Chinese martial arts culture is profound and has a long history;the hometown of Da qian is a place of great beauty and people;the thousands of years of excellent Chinese cultural traditions have produced countless outstanding martial arts styles.Xiao Long Quan,a dazzling traditional art,was included in the Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Programme of Nei jiang City in 2018,becoming an important symbol of the development of Nei jiang martial arts.This paper focuses on the inheritance and development of the intangible cultural heritage of Xiao Long Quan,with the inheritors,practitioners and relevant staff of the Nei jiang Wushu Association as the subjects of investigation.Five research methods,namely oral history research,case study,field research,interview and documentation,are used to investigate the inheritance and development of Xiao long Quan.The main purpose of the research is to understand the historical lineage and the inheritance of Xiao Long Quan,to listen to the views of the non-genetic inheritors on the development of Xiao Long Quan and their suggestions for the future protection and inheritance of Xiao Long Quan,and to obtain basic information about the practitioners and their knowledge of Xiao Long Quan.The conclusions are as follows:1.The lineage of Xiao Long Quan is clear.Wang Yuan,a representative disciple of the founders Deng Bingkui and Zhang Dingjun,used "Xiao Long" as a character(number)to further improve and develop Xiao Long Quan,which has been passed down for five generations,with a clear lineage and complete preservation.2.The development of the heritage of Xiao Long Quan is not optimistic.According to fieldwork,and related oral narratives,there is a fault line in the heritage of Xiao Long Quan,the heritage content is not properly protected,some related equipment,books are lost,aging.There is even a confusion in the memory of the kung fu theory and techniques practised.There are many "stumbling blocks" to the development of the tradition.3.The factors affecting the development of Xiao Long Quan are summarized as follows:(1)inappropriate protection of heritage content(2)limited promotion of heritage works(3)a fault line in the heritage(4)inadequate performance of heritage theory(5)too single heritage channels(6)poor implementation of heritage policies4.Based on the above-mentioned problems,relevant suggestions are made for the development of the heritage of Xiao Long Quan:(1)digital protection of heritage content(2)industrial promotion of heritage works(3)Elite training subject inheritors(4)modern development of heritage theory(5)diversification of heritage channels(6)standardised implementation of heritage policies...
