SWOT Analysis And Strategy Research On The Protection Of Martial Arts Intangible Cultural Heritage Items In Xuzhou

With the popularity of intangible cultural heritage in China,more and more intangible cultural heritage resources have entered the "directory of intangible cultural heritage at all levels" and become the legal protection object.Traditional Wushu is an important item in the intangible cultural heritage list,and "Wushu intangible cultural heritage" has also become the legal protection object.In 2015,Xuzhou became the second prefecture level martial arts town after Cangzhou.Although it has a great influence on the development of traditional martial arts nationwide,the inheritance and dissemination of martial arts intangible cultural heritage projects in Xuzhou still face many difficulties.This paper takes the Wushu items in the intangible cultural heritage list of Xuzhou City(hereinafter referred to as "the intangible cultural heritage items of Xuzhou City")as the research object,in combination with the intangible cultural heritage law of The People’s Republic of China(hereinafter referred to as the "intangible cultural heritage law")and the regulations of Jiangsu Province on the protection of intangible cultural heritage,through SWOT analysis,we determine the way to protect Wushu intangible cultural heritage in Xuzhou is to promote its inheritance and dissemination,and the internal environment is the cultural competent department,the inheritor and heritage base of Wushu intangible cultural heritage project,and the external environment is the relevant policies and regulations,local economic and cultural conditions.By using the methods of literature review,field investigation,interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,SWOT analysis,etc,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the internal environment of the protection of Wushu intangible cultural heritage project in Xuzhou,and the opportunities and threats of the external environment,and discusses the strategies of the protection of Wushu intangible cultural heritage project in Xuzhou.According to the research,the advantages of the protection of Wushu intangible cultural heritage project in Xuzhou are as follows: local cultural authorities actively contribute to its inheritance and communication,the inheritors are in good state,and the practitioners of the inheritance base are proficient in mastering Wushu intangible cultural heritage project skills,etc;the disadvantages are: lack of pertinence in the implementation of the work of cultural authorities,the inheritors of Wushu intangible cultural heritage project are too old and strength is scattered,and the development of the inheritance base is facing difficulties,etc;the opportunities are: the relevant favorable policies are constantly issued,the economic development of Xuzhou is in good condition,the permanent population is large,the martial arts exhibition platform is diversified,etc;the threats are: imperfect protection system,lack of protection funds and changes in cultural and ecological environment,etc.Through the analysis of the above internal and external environment,the SWOT matrix combination is obtained to explore the protection strategies of martial arts intangible cultural heritage projects in Xuzhou.The advantages and opportunities are as follows: strengthen the propaganda of martial arts intangible cultural heritage project in Xuzhou,strengthen the support of talents,strengthen the protection of martial arts intangible cultural heritage project and the construction of talent team;the advantages and threats are as follows:strengthen capital guarantee,and broaden investment channels,promote the industrialization of Wushu intangible cultural heritage projects,build Xuzhou Wushu intangible cultural heritage project ecological protection zone,and create a good environment for inheritance and communication;opportunities and disadvantages strategies are: strengthen the system improvement and leadership supervision of the protection of Wushu intangible cultural heritage project in Xuzhou,improve the guarantee system of the inheritors of Wushu intangible cultural heritage project in Xuzhou;threats and disadvantages strategies are: innovate the content,form and communication mechanism of the inheritance of Wushu intangible cultural heritage project in Xuzhou,integrate resources of all parties,and realize the diversification of protection subjects of Wushu intangible cultural heritage project.
