When carrying out teaching planning and implementation,teachers of primary and secondary schools must consider the development of students,proceed from the actual situation of students,accurately grasp the students’ learning situation,and form a complete analysis scheme of learning situation.Only in this way,teachers can better teach students according to their aptitude,so that every student can grow up healthily.Through the analysis of literature on learning situation analysis and the conclusion formed by interviews,it is found that teachers have realized the importance of learning situation analysis and have explored the means of collecting learning situation and the content,methods and effectiveness of learning situation analysis,thus forming a relatively systematic analysis mode.However,many primary and secondary school teachers also have problems of missing,generalization and narrowing in learning situation analysis.They will not only despise the significance of learning situation analysis,but also show serious formalism and empiricism in the analysis,resulting in the analysis process is not detailed enough.Moreover,under the influence of individualistic teaching habits,teachers are isolated and subjective in the analysis of learning situation,and lack of communication and discussion with other teachers.If we want to solve these problems,we should not continue to adopt tough policies,nor over-stimulate the internal motivation of individual teachers.Instead,we should find a new way to analyze learning situation with the help of the power of teachers and rely on the form of dialogue and consultation.The consultation analysis of learning situation came into being.It is an innovation of the previous analysis mode of learning situation and changes the way of teachers’ independent analysis of learning situation.Let learning situation analysis no longer rely on the individual judgment of teachers,but can obtain a more comprehensive and detailed analysis plan through collective deliberation.Secondly,the process of consultation is also the process of teachers’ collective teaching research.Teachers will collectively carry out targeted research on learning situation problems,form a consultation community,and reach consensus on solving learning situation problems through rational negotiation with other subjects.Moreover,the specific analysis process of the consultative learning situation analysis is non-linear and dynamic,and it is spiraling in the "confrontation" between teachers.In order to reach a consensus and develop an analysis plan,teachers can have multiple and multi-level meetings.At the same time,in order to ensure the effectiveness of the solution,the consultative learning analysis also requires that the implementation effect be tested and the effectiveness be continuously tracked until the learning situation problem is completely solved.Therefore,the construction of consultative learning situation analysis will be of great value to the education and teaching of primary and secondary schools,and can play a role in optimizing teaching design and promoting precision teaching for teachers.For students’ development,it can play a role in implementing remedial teaching and narrowing the gap between students.It can play a role in improving the quality of school-based teaching and research.For school management,it can improve the evaluation method of teachers and students and provide communication channels for teachers.In order to construct the school-based consultation analysis,it is necessary to deconstruct and analyze the elements and operating mechanism of this model.First of all,through the analysis of the structural elements of the consultative learning analysis,it is found that the mode mainly includes four parts: the main body of the consultation,the group of the consultation,the content of the consultation and the result of the consultation.Secondly,the internal operation mechanism of the consultative situation analysis is also relatively complex,which needs to be based on stimulating the participation of the subject,taking the formation of the consultative topic as the condition,taking the multi-level consultative group as the key,and focusing on the application of the consultative results.Finally,if a school wants to carry out a complete consultative learning analysis,it must go through three stages: initiation,implementation and inspection,and each stage will have different tasks and tasks for teachers to complete.In order to ensure the normal operation of consultative situation analysis,we must take complete safeguard measures,which can be started from the following four aspects: first,pay attention to theoretical research and introduce consultation system;The second is to clarify the operation process and promote the construction orderly;The third is to improve the management model,set up a professional team;Fourth,strengthen teacher training and improve the appraisal system;Fifth,improve the guarantee mechanism and optimize the conditions for consultation.
